Went to your lovely spa for the first time to experience laser hair removal.

I must say my aesthetician professional Nicole was so accommodating to my fears of lasers that after she explained what she was going to do I felt totally at ease.

Nicole's knowledge of lasers and particularly my skin type and what it required was really impressive. Her ability to make you feel at home in your spa can not be understated.

Nicole is truly a gem, and I'll be returning in the near future for further treatments. Well done Nicole ?

Would highly recommend laser here with Suzi ? After one session my hair (armpit + bikini line) was mostly gone. She is fast and effective, and the second time around was pretty painless with numbing cream- would 100% recommend to use it before laser in these more sensitive regions. Thanks so much Suzi! Can't wait to wear a bikini without ingrowns and bumps from shaving. ?

My friend and I booked in for a spray tan this afternoon and I’m so happy with the absolutely gorgeous results. As soon as I walked into Serendipity the vibe was relaxing and I knew I was in great hands, the space is calming and tranquil while still being so aesthetically pleasing with the black and gold theme throughout. My spray tan was booked with Suzi, it was my first time getting a spray tan done so I wasn’t sure what to expect but Suzi explained everything in detail and made me very comfortable, she took the time to explain all the aftercare to make sure I totally understood everything. I’ll definitely be back to Serendipity again, I had a great overall experience. My tan came out so glowy and even, I’m in love!

Tried laser hair removal at Serendipity and was a littler nervous as I have darker skin. Suzi was very reassuring and professional! She explained the treatment to me and put me completely at ease. Definitely recommend her and her team for all your beauty needs! She’s also very nice and kind!

I have been going to see the girls at Serendipity for a few years now and have been very happy with all my treatments! Kylie does a beautiful pedicure and her foot massages are magical! I recently had my teeth whitened as well and was blown away with the results. Can't wait to go back for my touch up session in a few weeks! There are always amazing promos and everything is very affordable. Also great location and free parking!
