Just stopped in here to pick up a couple of items and they refused to do a price match to a competitors price which was $2 cheaper on a $14.99 item. I'm talking about exact item jack links beef jerky. If you advertise price match, then do the price match. Take down this sign that is falsely advertising your unethical business practices. Will never step foot in this store again.

Good place. Lots or variety. However this is the second time I noticed a lot of debris statically attaching to my black jacket. Doesn’t seem to have very good air quality in the store. Only happens here. I’d advise management to check this out. Lots of old and vulnerable people shopping here.

It's very nice, cashiers are helpful and prices here are very reasonable. I wish they would bring back free cookies for kids.

I’ve just eaten a very moldy half a bagel, and have an entire bag of moldy bagels, as the back I bought was “best before” the day I bought it. The bagels have a white mold so I couldn’t see. Hope I don’t get sick. Disgusting. Edit: July 28, 2024 - just got back from there…. well they scammed the customer once agaun. Bait and switch. The Coke 2 litre bottles are labeled 1.25 on the stands… with limit of 4. There were a number of price tags - a number of types of were discounted. At the self-checkout? 1.97. Thought about complaining but of course then you need to get help in a packed place, and you hold up other people in the lineup. Shame once again Superstore.

Store is great but cashier was rude. We got everything and it was our first visit during stay at Calgary. Real Canadian Superstore is a popular retail chain in Canada, offering a wide range of groceries, household items, clothing, electronics, and more. They are known for their large stores, competitive prices, and variety of products.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with my experience tonight. At 7:59pm, a self check out employee thought it was ok to hover over my shoulder the entire transaction as I was scanning my item and continued even after I paid. The woman was noticeably profiling me and my sister due to looking alternative (gothic). Another customer noticed and even made a comment to the employee as he also saw the unfair treatment we were receiving. I will not be returning or recommending this facility to potential customers. Please inform your employees that discriminating and profiling customers will NOT make them want to return.
