Modern interior, looks fine though busy.

The front end manager Stephen and the lady that runs the convenient food pick-up said it was okay to take home randomly opened food from the ready to eat area.

Anyone could have touched or handled it. Not food safe to sell. So, not a quality store to buy from. No other managers or folks were there to handle it apparently. Alongside no replacement offered. Horrible service…

Got a Pc credit card and thought I would try the delivery service to my work address as I live out of town. I missed two calls that were to verify my delivery address I guess with no messages left. I get about 20 calls a day at work so they just blend in. After the delivery was supposed to arrive I had sat on a chat on the website who then told me to call the store. I called the store and they said I missed my delivery and they had time later that night.when I complained the guy said they dispatch a driver. I waited 45 minutes more and had my wife leave work to get my kids at day care as I couldn’t. I called back and asked where my order was and he said his manager sent an email but never heard back from door dash in 45 minutes. He said I can come pick it up from another store than the one I ordered from but was too out of the way. I then asked for my order to be cancelled. After another 15 minutes I called the 1844 number and they had put me through to the manager who apologized and basically talked in circles for his staff no leaving a message and wasting my time.

Even though this order was messed up my family was out some income due to her having to leave work early. The cost of me wanting to spending Monday to Loblaws on their credit card and delivery service was a few hours of work as the store could not fill their end competently.

We are discussing cancelling our 10 day old credit card as I don’t feel this was handled professionally in any manor. Sorry isn’t enough for our income for the day to be held back due to 3 different times his staff dropped the ball. Not leaving a call back number or message, telling me a driver was on the way when it wasn’t, and having my wife to leave work to get the kids while I was waiting for the delivery.

It’s 2024 and I don’t think the bugs are worked out of the delivery service yet. Sorry doesn’t cut it for the lost wage and time due to your staff.

The lady at cashier from Arab country was really rude , I had 12 bottles of milk and instead of scanning one and putting the amount of them she gave me the scanner and ask me to scan ne by one and when I asked her what’s the reason behind scanning every bottle she replied of to have any concerns talk to the management. I don’t know why but this Westwinds superstore ‘s policies are totally different than others . I don’t recommend to go to this location.
