I was at this store at 7 AM this morning and I needed help in the kitchen area and the lady there was very very helpful
However, I chose to use self check out because the lineup for the only cashier had about seven people in it, the woman in charge of the self checkout has absolutely no idea what customer service is.
I realize that the anti-fatigue mat I wanted to purchase did not have a price tag on it so I said to this lady, can you help me?
And she responded with, “ With what?”
I told her there was no price tag on my mat and then I shouted at her With What?
She then became somewhat gracious and said we’ll get that for you right away because she knew she screwed up.
Perhaps she needs to be Retrained in the proper responses when somebody asks, can you help me?
Good gracious how terribly impolite!!!

I often go grocery shopping at the superstore here on Sargent Avenue and I know one of the things that customers come back to is the good customer service of the workers in all business establishments, but when we went grocery shopping on July 29, 2024 around 4 o' clock in the afternoon, our cashier's name is Lerma 244, that's what's written on the receipt, doesn't even know how to greet or thank the customers. I even thanked her but she didn't even reply. Hopefully your workers will learn how to be good or proper customer service.

Took less time to shop.. 7 out of 13 tills open.. average line being 10+.. been waiting half an hour in line and still waiting.. trying to maneuver the store with the click and collect people blocking main isles.. never have this problem in regent store.. I should know better . Always an inconvenience on Sundays

I've decided that I need new pharmacy after dealing with the new pharmacist.. I'm tired of them offering to ask for a renewal prescription from my doctor, then it never happening.. then wasting my time coming down to pick up.. and they didn't send the renewal till I called for my prescription to be filled.. then the pharmacist refusing to extend it til they get the confirmation.. I'm diabetic and don't have my medication because of this.. I've been coming here for 30 plus years.. I'm done.. time to die.. sigh

Pricing errors are normal at this location. If something is on sale, make note of it and take a picture prior to paying for it. Keep an eye on the pos monitor during check out. If you don't, you'll end up over paying.

Staff here aren't friendly, but aren't rude either. The store appears clean and well organized. Shelves are usually well stocked. Police are stationed here during certain times which means this location is more prone to theft than others.

The customer service is not great. Broken shopping carts, no care to replace them and have enough inside, and they are dirty. Many of cashiers are not friendly or professional in their demeanor other than a couple of the full timers. Always seems to smell like rotting fish or produce and is not very clean. The kenaston location certainly exceeds this store and has much better management. Seems like this location wants you to thank them for you spending your hard earned dollars at their store.

Lots of parking. Great security services.
Friendly customer service personnel. Great product prices and selection. I would like to do all my shopping there,but I don't live in the city,but it is worth the ride when I do come to the city to come to stop in and do my shopping for my children.
