Terrific experience with Ara. He is a true brand ambassador and made me feel like I was buying into the heritage of JLC and not just a watch. Put my deposit down for the green gradient Polaris and hope it arrives soon. The only annoyance was the Chinese saleswoman who kept interrupting us and asking to take away a watch I was trying on and considering purchasing because she wanted to show it to someone else. That cheapened the experience a bit as she made me feel like I was at a flea market. Luckily for me Ara was there. I will definitely purchase another JLC timepiece but only through Ara.

Such an awesome experience coming here. I spoke with an older woman with shorter cut black hair, who was absolutely incredible (I wish I could remember her name!) Not only was she beyond knowledgeable of the products but she was such a genuinely kind human to take the time to really talk to me and not just about watches. Fantastic customer service!

Was shopping around for watches and had my eye on the Master Ultra Thin women's. We were helped by a representative who was unprofessional. She asked my husband if he and I were together as if to allude that I was his mistress. That was weird. She continued after we told her we were indeed married [to each other], "oh haha I asked because you never know. Some customers buy watches for people who aren't their spouses." Why was she telling us this? She then recommended me the Rendez-vous which isn't my style. She kept upselling me on the diamond pieces which again, not my style. When I didn't respond to her suggestions because I didn't want to be rude, she assumed that we couldn't afford the watches and proceeds to offer that the store provides monthly payments through Affirm. If this is her way of building rapport, she is failing miserably. I was undecided between this brand and Omega's Seamaster, and after this experience, I am not coming back to this boutique or this brand again. I would also like to note that both my husband and I were dressed casual -- jeans and a t-shirt. The whole experience makes the brand feel cheap. I highly recommend you visit the Omega store where they actually treat their customers with respect.

I NEVER give ratings. Took my watch in to order the pin that fell out of the clasp (which should not break at this price). The lady in store was so rude and very unhelpful. Like she didn’t believe my husband purchased my watch there. I have my eye on another but will never purchase from that boutique. Left my info so she could look up profile and order the pin to fix it. But of course, No call back.

Mr. Ara waited patiently while we arrived 5 minutes before closing. He was always personable and kind. He stayed over hours making sure we were happy with the watch to assure our great experience.

I've visited this store twice the last month to decide on a watch I want. I dress down on my days off from work (baseball hat / t shirt and sweat pants) so I don't look like a JLC buyer. I went in to purchase a MUT today and not a single person greeted me, everyone is on their phones leaning on the display counters. One of the sales people asked what I was looking for while her eyes still on her phone so I just left. Go grey or buy online and pick up at the store if you really want a JLC.
