Superbe boutique. De belle création, on trouve tout types d'accessoires, la déco reprend l'univers BDSM. Elle vaut vraiment un détour pendant votre voyage. Pas de surprise la qualité à un prix, donc si vous aussi vous êtes jeunes, votre budget va être short.

I am super disappointed with both the product & then the ensuing lack of customer service I received. I ordered a product that was for NOVELTY USE ONLY written all over the package. This was NOT detailed on the website description. I would have not ordered this if I had known. I had to email THREE TIMES(no response) & then finally call & was directed to again email. No return-I get that..but no offer of store credit either. I have purchased many things from the Stockroom over the years. However, this will ABSOLUTELY be the last time. I wish I had just purchased from Good Vibrations-that way I would have known what I was getting and they would have stood behind their product.

My partner and I picked out some items online and purchased them. Sadly, we were left disappointed with both the product and poor customer service. We selected some products that we intented to use. However, when they arrived, we were disappointed to find NOVELTY USE ONLY written all over the package on a couple of items. This meant we could not safely use the items. This information was NOT disclosed on the website description and would have impacted our purchase selection. My partner emailed several times, got no response, called and was told that there was nothing that could be done. My partner or I have purchased many things from the Stockroom over the years. I think we are going to look to other companies like Good Vibrations that clearly disclose what items are safe for real use and which ones are for "Novelty Use Only." Since the Stockroom refused to disclose this information clearly on their website, we can't trust that anything we buy will be useable. UPDATE - It looks like the Stockroom replied to my review and mansplained what Novelty Use Only means. Since they clearly know the difference between novelty and medical products, they should know they should clearly mark which products are which grade. Also - We did reach out to the email they provided and received messages in response to our emails where they said "nothing can be done". Please read every negative review. They always say they will address it, but they never seem to do so. It is the same problems again and again. The solution is simple.... Shop elsewhere.

Was my first time here…. Meagan was very helpful in helping us out. We found lots of things that inspired ideas and fun. 5 stars

The people who work here are really nice. They gave me advice on trying on latex and were very helpful and patient with our questions. Will come back!

Went in with my partner with the intention of buying spreader bars and restraints. We were clueless how they work and were looking forward learning. The girl at the front was just plain mean. It’s a shame coz she’s got the look you’d want but zero personality. When we asked where things were she just pointed. Another girl working there came out from the back but she only came to us when we inadvertently reached over the back register/counter to look at a chastity belt. I really like their products but we’re just gonna find them somewhere else… it was uncomfortable. It’s like they wanted us to know we weren’t welcome.

Such a gem! They have their own leather line and a ton of community resources. Staff was incredibly friendly. I'll be coming back often
