My dad moved in here March 2024, and while I felt so hesitant because my dad was so independent , he truly has had a great experience. The nurses & health care aids have been so patient and caring. Any questions I’ve had , they are so attentive and kind. I’m so happy he is where he is, receiving the care he needs. My dad is picky with food too, and he often says how many great meals there are. He’s enjoyed the many concerts they have going on. He’s an introvert; but they really try to get him out of his shell.

My mother-in-law has been a resident here for 10+ years. Nancy and the entire staff have been patient and kind to her. They go out of their way to make her feel special. She really enjoys the food here as well. All in all Fountains of Mission provides us with much comfort, knowing that our family member is well taken care of.

The team at Chartwell are without a doubt, some of the most kind, caring and compassionate folks around! My mom enjoyed her time with them and benefitted from many good folks offering her time and attention. Her suite was spacious and well appointed, the meals were varied and well-prepared and the activities, plentiful. A smaller community of residents than many other retirement locations, made this a preferred choice. The opportunity meet other residents in a smaller close knit community was ideal. Thank you Team Chartwell for ensuring my mom's experience was the best, possible.

In a city were we have many choices of seniors residences, what makes a facility exceptional, is the staff. To that end, the staff at Fountains are exceptional. Kind. Compassionate. Patient. Engaged. Aware. Professional. Accommodating. Friendly. Fun. The list goes on.

From day one, my mother-in-law has enjoyed living at Fountains. She often comments how lucky she is to have moved to Fountains, to a place where she has independence, the assistance she needs—and people looking out for her. She sincerely cherishes the staff. Lots of fun banter back and forth!

The facility is smaller than many; the residents know each other; the staff knows each of the residents. Fountains truly is an extension of family.

Our mother lived at Fountains of Mission from March 2017 to May 2021, until she had to move to a long-term care facility. She loved her time at Fountains. All of the staff took such excellent care of her and were always so kind and helpful to my family and me. They were also always very responsive to any queries we had. The overall quality of accommodations, dining room, common areas, etc. is quite high. You always felt you were in a higher end condo with very attentive service. My family and I can't thank you enough, Fountains staff, for taking such excellent care of our mother!
