Doctor Mehndiratta is hands down the best! Walter Reed was overwhelmed with patients and they referred out to Sleep Services of Maryland and I’m happy they did because Dr. Mehndiratta is great! He listens to your concerns, symptoms, creates a plan and executes it! Also, a big thing for me was the fact that he appreciates Military Services Members. He went above and beyond to make sure I got my machine on time before I went TDY. His staff at both locations are fantastic. They always answered my phone calls, worked with my schedule, took care of my insurance and overall were friendly and helpful. His night staff were fantastic as well and the rooms were comfortable. Thank you guys! See you all when I return!

The facility was comfortable and clean, the service was friendly and professional. They were easy to work with for scheduling and insurance purposes. The parking is a little tricky. For overnight parking you can park in front of their own building, but only on the part facing the main road. They give instructions and have a picture at the desk of the right spot so you don’t get towed overnight.

I went in to get a replacement CPAP machine as the one I had was recalled due to some defect. I had to wait about 5-7 minutes for the Dr. Mehndiratta.
He understood my request quickly and prepared the paperwork to get approval from my Insurance for the new CPAP machine. I have another appointment scheduled for the following week to pick up the new machine with all the required settings. The front desk handles all the paperwork for approvals and submitting claim to my Insurance. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Mehndiratta for any sleep related checkup.

Sleep studies part has excellent services. Only part I was not happy with was the communication part when it was time to pick up machine. I wasn't told that I had to go to Rockville. Then I drove all the way to Rockville to be told my insurance hasn't paid so come back next week.

This is the second implant that Dr. Mehndiratta has performed on me, and the third overall that he has done on my family. All have been done to the same high standard, and I am well satisfied with the treatment and care that Dr. Mehndiratta and his staff have provided.
