I am a regular customer, staff is hardworking and there is a wide range of products. But there are times when products get sold out so quick. I love the location of the store as it is near my work place but it gets hectic at times and they should really hire a security guard like Mecca

they never have any stock of the decent items and their stock is all over the place. testers are all finished and they don’t bother to top anything up.

the staff have no clue of what they’re talking about or what they are selling, better to just use google or tiktok when you’re in store. i think they’re okay for items that you need right away (if they have it that is) and if not, it would be cheaper and better to get it online.

My friend and I entered the shop looking for items we needed. We were holding our motorcycle helmet and had a backpack on (because it's convenient to carry things while riding). It was hard to find what we needed since it was busy but the staff were constantly keeping an eye out on us, as if we were going to steal. We went upstairs and were followed too. They made this so obvious and we felt uncomfortable! So we found what we needed and left. Asked for a receipt and also got attitude.. it's amazing they didn't ask for a bag, pocket and helmet check.

Though the skincare I originally wanted was out of stock, Faye was really helpful and patient as she listened about my skin concerns and then recommended me a better option for me to try whilst I wait for it. I’d definitely come back again, hopefully with what I want back in stock.

Wife attempted to purchase item that was listed as 40% off. Upon payment the cashier asked for the full price and she handed over $20 (expecting change as the item was discounted to $12). When the cashier did not give any change we inquired and were told that the discount was no longer valid, and we said we no longer wish to purchase the item. after several minutes and getting the manager, we were told the most we can get is store credit despite them being the ones misrepresenting the price. I echo the other reviews for this store condemning it for scam practices and abhorrent customer service. Will be telling everyone to avoid this miserable excuse of a store and the scummy dishonest staff.

The price tag label clearly said there was a 180ml product however the largest displayed was only 100ml, and when i ask the stuff if there is a biggest size product available, the stuff just said the 100ml is the largest without checking and hearing my reasons, and she just repeated that is the largest size and turned away. Her diva attitude was so annoying and made me not want to purchase anything

Has a great selection of beauty, skincare, hair and household products, which all good quality and reasonably priced. We had a great experience being served by Yori who was very personable and was knowledgeable about the products - she was able to give us suggestions to meet our needs including alternatives where certain products were sold out. We will definitely be returning!! :))))

New (bigger) W Cosmetics in Melbourne cbd!! So much more variety compared to the Emporium location. Love the stack of Rom&nd lipsticks.
