A lot of the reviews are from years ago and since they recently moved to a different (yet somewhat better building), I think this store should have better reputation. The place are really spacious and all of the makeup and Sanrio real related things are officially licensed! The service are pretty nice from my experience being there as someone who wants to get into makeup but doesn’t know what to get. They even give you a few samples which is lovely! They got popular Asian brands such as Canmake and Kissme. Keep in mind that EVERYTHING is packaged and there’s no testers, so you either have to read and hope you got what you want, or ask an employee for help or if they have any information about the product. Overall, this place should have better ratings compared to back then and this is usually my go to place for whenever I was to pick up some makeup or roam around the store!

DO NOT GO IF YOU ARE NOT ASIAN!

I wanted to check out this store for the longest time and was so excited when they opened their new location so I went with my friend who is black. When I walked into the store immediately they told us "NO PICTURES! AND NO BAGS!" when we didn't have our phones out or anything and we had really small bags that could only fit our phones, were watched like hawk even though all the products were behind display cabinets and there was no testers provided. During this whole time they kept speaking Chinese between one another, a language I didn't understand but tried to brush it off because I was giving the benefit of the doubt that they weren't bad mouthing us. 2 minutes of roaming around and them following us throughout the whole store, they told us to leave because they were scared we were going to steal, I tried to argue we haven't done anything since we walked inside and the owner said "I don't want to serve people like her" we we're super offended by this comment and just walked out of the store. As an Asian myself I was so disappointed by this experience and customer service that I couldn't even focus on the products they were selling. I will not support a store that is racist towards anyone and these reviews from years ago still reflect this store's bad reputation, this store is stuck with a backwards business mindset and no wonder I didn't see anyone else inside the store when I went.

I recently came to Melbourne for a holiday and I went back to this shop three times! They have such cute official sanrio, moomon, san X and studio ghibli merchandise at such a good price! They also had some masks my friend and I could only source from Japan for cheap.

The owners are friendly and were very happy to show us items and explain what was inside the locked cabinets. We were the only people inside the store and yes, the gentleman did follow us, but only to help us if we needed assistance.

I hope I can come back and visit again!

Just arrived in Melbourne yesterday and was ruining out of sunscreen. I have very sensitive skin and the owner straight up accommodated to my needs and showed me the best and most affordable products. I normally have to buy my skincare online because we don’t have asian skincare stores like these on the coast. Great customer service too, couldn’t be more grateful 🙂

This shop looks dodgy and no price being displayed on the products . Heard the customers have to keep asking for price and the shop have to keep the customer waiting to scan for prices .

I have mixed feelings about this store. Please be aware to not buy any of their makeup as the major are fakes. Although they sell sanrio and cute accessories which almost all are real and safe to use. I bought my melody hair-clips from here and it is real and for 30% less price compared to other big stores. Will be revisiting again for accessories!

台湾人开的美妆店，优点是东西比较全，但是服务态度真的很让人无语，每次进门就会盯着你站在你旁边就算了，价格比官网高一倍，而且如果你问了价格太高不买就会翻你白眼，跟他们说谢谢直接装哑巴，再也不会去了

I was about to try the fragrance of some body cream, the owner immediately yelled at me not to open it! The staff there was like psychos. Bad shopping experience lol
