I had a terrible experience with Visions online. I would NEVER buy online again (See below). HOWEVER, I decided to contact the LANGFORD store to see if they could help with the situation. Brendan and the other staff were awesome! He happily exchanged the damaged fridge and was extemely helpful. To be honest, after that experience, I would buy from Visions in LANGFORD again with confidence. But steer clear of the online store!

ONLINE STORE: I would give NO stars if I could. Recieved mini fridge at 2:00 pm Pacific time. Needed help getting it into kitchen to unpack, so my friend came the following afternoon. Unpacked the the fridge at 4:30 pm Pacific time the following day. The item was horribly damaged! Visions is on Mountain time so were already closed. I called the following morning and sent photos. The next They told me they were denying the claim because I didn't contact them within 24 hours!!!!!!

Spoke with a supervisor who did not care and said I should have filed a claim online. When I got upset, she hung up on me. It was absolutely horrific service.

When I checked ratings online, it appears this is their business model. Sending damaged products and then denying the claims. PLEASE don't buy anything from them online you could really regret it!

Went and bought a new TV last night. Got there just after 6, thinking it was going to be easy, as we thought we knew what we wanted.
My partner couldn’t find what he was looking for, so asked an associate about it. Turns out the associate was the manager, Matt, who explained the world of TV’s to us, and even went so far as to literally show us the differences in the TV’s.
We wound up buying a better, more expensive TV, which my partner financed.
Matt exercised such patience with us, as setting up my partners financing account took some time, overextending past closing time.
Matt and Mario, who also stayed with us to help, were the most professional, kind, patient, generous of people I have come across in a long time.
After we got the financing finished, they opened the TV and plugged it in, explaining that this was how they did it, so all involved knew it was in working order. I was glad, because the TV took a while to boot up, and I told them I probably would have thought that it was broken, which it clearly wasn’t.
Then Matt and Mario loaded it onto a rolling plate, and Mario not only brought it to our car, he helped my partner place the TV in the back.
I want to say a huge Thank You to these two guys! I feel they provided not only fabulous service, but were amazingly generous with their time and energy while we were there!
People like you two are the reason we keep coming back!

P.S. Also thank you to the young man who gave me so much information about Microphones! I’m so glad I had the chance to ask you questions. You, too, went above and beyond with your knowledge. I’m sorry, I forgot your name, but will always remember your words! Stay Gold, young man!

Great consumer experience! I buy all of my major electronics from Visions, and have for many years because of their product range, great prices, and knowledgeable staff. Also, their in store warranty is well worth it on large purchases, cause if you don't need it, you get the same amount as an in store credit! Love this store!

Mitch, at Visions in Langford, is patient and knowledgable. He assisted us with buying a TV and sound system; answering all our (many) questions and showing us lots of options. Walked in knowing basically exactly the tv I wanted, Steve was fantastic, personable and knowledgeable. I was in and out within like 20 minutes, despite them being short-staffed and helping multiple customers at once, being thoroughly apologetic nonetheless. Couldn't've been better.

Anyways, go see Steve and get the new Hisense U8. Fantastic service, and TV so far.

Went to Visions to upgrade to a bigger Oled TV and had a very good overall experience. I met with Mario first to get all the info, and after dealt with Matt as Mario was not in the store that day. I got the best price over all the other stores, and they answered all my concerns promptly. They loaded it into my truck safely, and no issues at all. Would definitely recommend Visions to anyone looking for home based electronics.
