Love Dr. Ventre and Dr. Hicks
They listen and work with you and yes while the wait can sometimes be long they give you the proper amount of attention and focus on your care.
I would recommend to anyone. I have been a patient for almost 3 years and I am very happy with my doctors.

Be very careful. He owns a drug rehab place in Pa. that only cares about the money. None of the personnel are honest. They drug up the patients, push for more money and send them home. Only profits count, not helping patients.

Honestly a ripoff. I went here trying to see a psychiatrist for the first time in my life. I don't think they even have one on staff. They scheduled me with a nurse practitioner first, then fumbled my follow up and blamed me. To make matters worse, they set me up for therapy and when I showed up, they told me the person I was there to see wasn't in office. They then took me to a room with an iPad, where the therapist sitting on her couch in orlando told me she wouldnt be able to get me an in-person therapist. I walked out.

Dr Mendiratta is a consummate professional who really cares. He makes me feel like my input is important in my care. We have a good rapport and trust which has been built over time. I have to say this office does not help anyone suffering from depression and anxiety....I had an appt today I schedule 2 weeks ago with Dr. Mendiratta and they called to connect me with Dr. and advised me that my appt was with someone else in the office I have never even heard of. For the past 2 weeks I have all the emails to prove my Appt was with Dr. Mendiratta. The girl said she would call me back in 10 minutes and now almost 3 hours later I have not heard back and now have had no follow up on the new medicine Dr. Mendiratta prescribed for me. What a way to make a person more depressed and discouraged. Not sure how they have managed to stay in business for the time they have.
