Kerion is the worst person to deal with. He is an opportunist. I came in with my car and he said he could do the job 100% that he got confirmation from an expert and promised the job will be done. I asked more than once, and he was adamant that the job could get done. Quoted me and booked me in. Took the day off work to drop my car off to him. Got a call later on, kerion saying that the job cannot be done because the aircon is in the way. That he could cut through the air con box and I will just lose the air con in the back of the car. So whoever sits in the back of my 8 seater, 6 people will suffer and miss out on air con. I told him no, no way. Just leave it. Canceled the job. Went to collect my car and he started being a hero. Would not give me my keys back unless I paid $100 and started being racist and rude provoking me. I told him I shouldn’t have to pay for a job that wasn’t done. He stood his ground being a scammer and said he needed to pay his worker for coming out that day. I know these type of people, he would rather you put your hands on him or pay, you will not win with this scum. I ended up paying him. I had to pick up my kids from school. He didn’t give me a receipt. Got home and checked my car and there was so much damaged done to my boot and I have photos to prove it all. I called to get a receipt and got one from the receptionist. Again they are terrible and very rude to deal with. Couldn’t get kerion on the phone at all because he knew he was in the wrong. So he avoids the people he rips off. Went to department of fair trading with my case and they said he refused to contact them back and didn’t answer any calls. That I should take that animal to court. I have 3 children and was pregnant at the time of the drama. I had one year since that day to take the matter to court but I missed the bloody day unfortunately. Having a new born and a full house, you can only imagine how hectic things were. I’m writing this to warn others, kerion is NOT an honest person and he is terrible to deal with. Go somewhere else. He will charge you for a job he hasn’t done and will damage your property.!! He will Brigde up and be a hero and has no respect.! AVOID THIS COMPANY.! Who TF charges someone for a job not done.!!! Unprofessional, dishonest, greedy and rude.!

Staff here are helpful and have a deep knowledge on 4WD accessories. This place has been a mainstay on King Georges Rd for as long as I remember.

I want to sincerely thank Kieran and his team for assisting me this morning with my bus to bar assembly. They are the nicest people you'll will ever meet in a day's march. No customer parking, unorganised messy showroom, absolutely clueless receptionist, not punctual or professional. Had to book me in twice because they double booked their only hoist. First time I arrived at their advertised opening hours of 9am and no one was there. The second time they had double booked the hoist again and I was told I had to wait because they started another job at 9am even though I was booked in. I admit I was a couple of minutes late the second time but why would I come on time when they weren't even open the first time I showed up. In the end they basically said, "we're fitters, not mechanics" and couldn't help me with my Ironman 4x4 uca ball joint inspection. Wasted my time twice. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

"Wow" What a great bunch of guys to do business with. Sorry I was late on my appointment time. But thanks so much Greg you were so understanding As he not only gave us the original lights for the Bull bar. He gave us a complete new bar to disassemble so we had everything to make the job work. Was a big pleasure doing business with you. Thanks Town and Country.

This people will rip you off if you deal with them. I would never go back there Please stay away from them I fitted safari snorkel there with no issue but i have supplied them with brand new return to Center steering damper, I bought it for $180 and paid $85 for fitting unfortunately after a while I realised that they changed my brand new steering damper to a broken used one What a shame very disappointed
