I have never called your store to place an order before but I live out of state and no one here had what I wanted. I spoke with ALEX who, besides for being so friendly and personable over the phone, was very knowledgeable about the product I was looking for. He checked for availability, found it and then made the payment and shipping process so easy. What a great experience!
In this era of no customer service anywhere let alone good customer service, I’d like to commend you for having an employee like ALEX - he deserves 5 ⭐️!

Every time I come visit the outlets I have to stop by the cosmetics and ask for Roberto, he provides the best customer service and he has help me with my dark spots and dry skin, he answers to all my questions! I have received a number of treatments and the results are always spot on. Roberto is easy to talk to about any concerns and he gets it right every time. Highly recommend!

Becareful of this place there is no refund or exchanges. There is a reason for that. Staff is extremely rude . Inspect everything before buying they gave us a totally diffrent product then the tester and refused to return the product when confronted. We never even left the store.. they gave us the wrong product and then refuse to.acknowledge
.Also the biggest thing of all please check the mfg date before buying by entering the bar code number.. There are website that can check that for you. I just bought 300 dollar worth of estelauder creams all are 3 years old... no wonder they are giving you cosmetics for cheap.. it's all expired stuff that they are selling ..it's junk and on top of that you have to deal with thier attitude.
