LOVE absolutely love all there natural products I especially recommend there tea tree rapid action gel it helps get rid of pimples fast! In one night or a couple days max, depending how big the pimple is great place to to start off skincare as a young teen this is where my mother first started her skin care in her early 20s to teens definitely a good place to start, more recommendations the almond products oh my god there so damn good they smell so heavenly & will make your skin so soft my favourites are the almond milk face mask & the almond milk moisturiser they will make you feel so relaxed that you’ll fall asleep. ?

Oh & the staff are so helpful and kind just ask them anything & they will have an answer, they will also recommend all the right skin care products to help fix any damaged skin or pimples,acne etc

The staff are really lovely and know the products extremely well. Always love coming into the store and checking out what's new. Definitely recommend the black musk range, 100% my fave scent. Stay rad guys ?

The body shop has affiliated itself with several charitable organisations over the years & they act as a distributor of stock for one of them which I won't name. This enables vendors of that charitable organisation to access stock from the body shop to then sell to earn an income.
Now picture this.... One of these vendors places a review online about their service, etc. but because the review wasn't a glowing 5 star review the body shop decided to refuse to distribute stock to this vendor in the vein hope it would affect his income & make things difficult for that person.
With all their virtue signalling the body shop constantly reminds people of its so-called "ethics" yet to do something so childish toward someone exposes themselves as hypocritical & just plain spiteful.
To think it started over an online review is mind boggling.
Placing a review of a company, product or service is freedom of speech, something the body shop clearly don't respect. To try to bully someone because they exercise their freedom of speech is totally unacceptable.
Considering not all the reviews they're getting are entirely positive means that perhaps they should look at the way they operate before targeting a single person out of spite. Millions of people around the world review places everyday & that's because freedom of speech still exists. Unfortunately this company clearly doesn't respect that.

This is the only good location for this store in Melbourne. The employees actually speak to me and actively help. Every location should be as good as this one. Other Body Shop locations they ignore me or brush me off when I walk in or ask for help, probably because I am a guy. Went in here a few times and got product demonstrations and recommendations! The manager here was especially helpful.
