I had a great experience. The salon was neat and tidy, and there was no wait. Mary and Lila were very friendly. I will definitely be back!

Beware of the stylist by the name of "Rosie" in this so called "salon." I brought a 8-year old child to get her longish hair shortened a bit. She literally started tearing the girl's hair with a comb claiming the hair was tangled. The girl was crying in pain, but "Rosie" went on with her sadistic practice. When I stopped her, she changed her tactic. She brought a "special" brush (in fact, a regular brush) that was full of someone else's long dark hair. She simply removed this long dark hair from the brush and briefly rinsed this brush over a sink. She continued with the brush. Then she pointed to the girl's hair and asked in a tone as if she was a judge in a court of law: "What's this?" I: "What's what?" She:" This is lice!" I: "NO, it is not lice." She -- after thinking for a bit -- "Ah, yes, this is a skin flake, but I see customers with lice!"

So make her own mind if you want to be "served" by "stylist" Rosie. People like Rosie should never be allowed to "serve" others.

Mary was awesome, did a great job colouring my hair. Ensured all Grey hair was coloured and listened to my requests. She was very friendly and polite. Excellent service!

This is the place I usually go, and they never let me down! My stylist, Nancy, is very professional and friendly. She listens to my idea about hairstyles and finishes the cutting and trimming swiftly. It is always a nice experience to cut the hair here.

Suzie cut my hair today and it was the worst experience ever. She asked another person by the name of Sima (I think) to take over and clear her mess! And she had no choice but to cut my hair super short to somehow fix the mess. Suzie did not even apologize for the uneven look on my head which I have to live with for at least another two months! An Awful and a Super stressful experience!!!

Be ware of Olyvia. She is by far the most unprofessional barber I have ever dealt with. Another barber had to finish the cut. I have been coming to this barber shop for a year and I cannot believe that they have such an incompetent person working for them.

Wow… Lila is a very talented hairstylist. I strongly recommend her to everyone (go see Lila). All hair services at Supercuts hair salon are affordable. Lavish hair studio is very neat and clean. Best Place in Toronto. Thank you Lila. Keep up the great work you are doing.
