Sukoshi is my absolute favorite place for Asian beauty products! Every time I walk in, I’m impressed by how clean and organized the store is. The layout is fantastic, with products neatly displayed along the walls, making everything accessible and easy to find. They carry an amazing variety of skincare, haircare, and beauty items—from popular brands to unique finds you don’t see everywhere else. It’s no surprise the store is always bustling with customers!

What really makes the experience even better is the staff, especially May. She is incredibly knowledgeable about every product, always ready with thoughtful recommendations tailored to what I need. May is friendly, approachable, and goes above and beyond to explain how each product works, helping me understand the best way to use them. I trust her advice completely; everything she’s suggested has become a staple in my routine. If you're new to Asian beauty or looking to try something different, ask for May—she’s an absolute gem, and I can’t recommend her enough. Its come to a point where when I visit to purchase, and she's not there, I come back another time! Though I can say other staff have also made exceptional recommendations. Overall, customer service is top notch.

Went here today and grabbed some without noticing that they are all already opened and resealed.
Inside are all worst items in the set. They opened them to selected the good one and tape the bad ones back to sell.
This store is all about lying to customers please be aware.

I also want to share the main reason to become a regular customer is their customer service, an employee named Frances really helped me getting the right products. The staff is just so friendly and helpful. They’re very quick to assist. I needed a cream that would suit my skin type…since I have a veryyy sensitive skin and it was breaking out like crazy, I asked the girl named ‘Frances’ if she could suggest me something, she was listening really carefully and asked me some questions about the skin type I have and all. And the cream she suggested me literally saved my skin!
I love going there.

Sierra was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. She answered all my questions regarding the products i was looking for and helped me pair stuff well together. I had quite a few questions as i was exploring the products, Sierra was patient and listened to all my concerns and make recommendations accordingly. She’s an excellent saleswoman and i’m glad she was there when i visited this location. Kim at cash was also friendly as she tried to help me get my account working. It's a nice store with lots of cute stationary, snacks, makeup etc. The quality of makeup is good. Had an awesome experience with May. She gave good recommendations for lip stains and was able to colour match my skin tone with a lip stain that suited me really well! Lovely customer service experience!
