I went in for the first time last week was told first time shoppers get a discount so I was like ok so they didn't have what I wanted in stock but they had the bigger bottle I said ok no thanks next weekend I said ok what the heck I'll get the big one I go in the store and they said there's no deal like that this place just lost 200$plus I'll never ever go back ever get better staff the ones you have are t that good

I regret not checking the reviews before purchasing from them. While on our way out, my husband opted for our usual, Amouage Interlude 45. However, I didn’t accompany him, a decision I now regret.

He was misled into buying a fake, which was touted as superior to what he originally wanted, with promises of better longevity. The cashier failed to disclose the no refunds or exchanges policy, which was unacceptable given that she had already processed the purchase (I am still asking for a full refunds since it wasn’t disclosed to him).

The perfume turned out to be entirely counterfeit, and instead of receiving compliments, I was told it smelled like bananas. Who wants to smell like that?

Upon attempting to return the bottles the next day, we were informed that only exchanges were permitted. This was infuriating, especially considering the high price of the product. It was evident they were aware of selling fake goods, as evidenced by the oil-based products leaving stains on my dress.

Zara perfumes outlasted theirs, and I received more compliments with them. Additionally, the cashier lied about using the perfume herself.

My advice: steer clear and don’t look back

The business is a scam. Selling counterfeit products, and perfumes you can find at walmart for $30, only they mark up the prices around 5 times the amount to around $200 to make you believe they sell high end perfumes. They should not be trusted and no one should shop here. All of the 5 star reviews have to fake, because there is no way people are satisfied after getting scammed. Disappointing that such a well know outlet collection allows such business to operate. I advise other people to complain directly to the outlet collection to have something done about this business.

This place is no go. I have bought 2-3 times from here and never looked any other place for these particular perfumes that I have bought. They are selling it so so expensive . fiori Vince Camuto perfume is way cheaper outside and I thought I bought it for less. Totally a scam place. Dont go there guys

Like others have said, it's a scam. Wish we had read the reviews. I will say one thing, they are pretty good at conning people. What we were looking for had been discontinued so they sold us on a substitute that they claimed was high quality for $120. It's just a cheap off-brand product available online and at Walmart for $30-50. I would assume a large, well known shopping centre would vet their tenants and not allow this, so I never thought once that there would be fraudulent retailers here, but we assumed wrong. Best to just shop online and let these malls die off.

i never write reviews but i’m so sad, the lady was really nice and encouraged me to buy the perfume and then i looked it up and saw it was literally $30. I paid $100 . I don’t understand how they’re operating in a mall, it’s literally a scam.

Absolutely pathetic service, I entered the store before 20 mins of closing time and inquired about perfume but the lady at front told me price as she thinks I couldn't afford that. They judge you and I faced racism over there. She even told that store is closing in 15 min as if she wants to get rid of me.. this was the worst customer service I have faced.. not going to recommend any of my friends and trust me this store is FLOP show don't go there you'll feel regret I swear... A big no go.

No Return policy. They will show you something and give you something else. The fragrance I tested at store is totally different from what they gave. They even sell broken bottles and argue with customers that you dropped it and broke it.
The ladies are very rude and sell Fake products and you may also Check online prices of what ever you buy, they are selling items more expensive than regular retail and online stores by using dialogues like “I will give you my employee discount and you are buying this at the price I would buy” and when you check online or outside you will see that you paid 20-25% extra. Do not recommend the store to anyone.
