‼️Yesterday morning, I visited your store and asked about a box of surprise candy. The sales associate, who appeared to be in her 20s, white, with black hair, yelled at me without even looking in my direction, as she was busy putting up Christmas lights. She rudely said,?“Ma’am, the prices are underneath the products.” ?I simply put the item back and said,☹️ “What kind of customer service is this?” and left. Who would want to shop there with such poor customer service?‍♀️

We love this store - mostly because of the unique items that often go on sale and the staff. Kelly is always kind and helpful and truly wants the best for her customers. It’s a clean and organized store. We have been happy with so many of our items.

Very likable, friendly workers. They all could answer any questions that I had . As I was waiting, I could hear how the staff could easily help and explain to other customers. The staff is very friendly . Willing to explain and help.

This staff is a amazing, I've never seen a franchised retail stall care so much about their customers. A man got his phone stolen in the store and the staff went ALL out to get his property back. They're helpful too, I'm short and the lady helped me reach a nicer box down 😛 good job guys!

My partner was racially profiled, followed and made to feel very uncomfortable by staff at this store today. This shocked me because we are frequent shoppers at this store, we've spent hundreds of dollars here every year for the past few years and never experienced this while we were together. I am white, she is black, this is the reason my partner was followed and made to feel unwelcome. The store employees tried to say it was store policy, but we've never been followed in the dozens, if not hundreds, of times in and out of that store. Also she wasn't the only one in the store, and the other people were not being followed and monitored by staff members pretending to adjust something on a shelf beside her and following her around. Just ask people what they're looking for instead of being ignorant and profiling people by race. Neither of us will be returning to this store, and I will be letting everyone I know around Bonnie Doon and Old Strathcona to never spend a single dollar in this place. I've seen this behavior many times and it's absolutely disgusting, especially when it's a store you've supported for many years.

Absolutely the best SHOWCASE store in Edmonton hands down! Always clean, fresh and well organized! I am a Showcase regular and the difference between the other Showcase stores I regularly shop and Bonnie Doon it is like another world. Thanks and I want you to know how much I appreciate it your hard work!
