The staff has always been helpful when I visit. Last time I was looking for hair dye. The staff explained the steps I would need to take and which products to use. My hair color turned out exactly how I wanted it to thanks to the advice given from the staff here.

They charged me for canceled order and when i cried over the phone and was asking them to fix it for me – they did nothing. The worst service ever.

Called the store to check if they carry a product I was looking for and the phone kept ringing and after the 3rd attempt they pick up and said can you please hold and I was on hold for about 10 minutes and just gave up hanged up. I just had a simple question and they were not helping. Bad service.

There is a Sally Beauty right by my house, however I always drive to this location. The store is always clean, the specialists always greet you when you come through the door and everyone is generally helpful. Today, Kenny caught me in search of hair color and went above and beyond to suggest and help me find the right brand and color. He could have walked right by me and not gone that extra mile, however being helpful and assistive seems to be who he is. He even opened up a register to expedite the line that developed. Thanks Kenny for being a great representation of what awesome Customer Service should be!

there was a super disrespectful customer in the store making a scene and the employees handled it really well. they were much more patient than i would’ve been! the workers are always super nice here 🙂

Spend 1/2 hour waiting outside with 10 other customers for the store to open, which it never did. A sign on the door said opens at 11 am. There were plenty of signs on the door stating; to wear a mask and keep the 6 feet distance, along with every other precautions not to catch COVID-19. If you don’t plan on opening your store when you claim it opens, please post a sign saying you will be closed. Moreover the website stated the store was open. I attempted to call a posted phone number but no one answered the phone. This is not how you keep your customers coming back.

I frequently shop at Sally's, because I am a serial hair bleacher & amateur colorist. They are always friendly and knowledgeable about products that they carry. Good selection with reasonable prices. If you are a frequent shopper, take advantage of their annual membership. I like this location, because there is an ample amount of free parking.

After having seen products on the internet, I thought it was better to go straight to the store and see the variety, types, brands, prices, and promotions, so I decided to go to Sally Beauty. My experience was very good, I had the assistance of a salesperson, I ended up buying another brand different from the one I had seen on the internet. The parking is excellent and in the same place that Sally is, there are other malls around that also you can go shopping.
