Took the kids shopping, and my daughter had a blast with a variety of options/choices of inventory (clothes, perfumes, and pieces of jewelry) available for selection. The ambience is also very relaxing.

Customer service is garbage, I guess it’s worse on weekdays when they’re slower?

They claim the jewelry has warranty as their selling point yet once it’s starts tarnishing and you ask about the warranty process no one knows anything they say speak to the brand yet have no information on how to reach them no number no email.

Managers don’t know anything ; I wouldn’t buy anything from this store again just buy directly from the company /online.

Saks has had my return since July 8, 2024. I have still not received the refund. I have called and emailed multiple times and continue to wait. Saks takes money quickly on a sale. Yet, they take a long time and require multiple efforts to receive a refund. Very poor service for this level of company.

They have a good selection of different brand clothings and shoes. They are a bit limited to the inventory they carry per brand so you might find yourself going to the actual brand store to get the size shirt/jeans that you want if it's out of stock at Saks. But this can happen anywhere. If you're shopping here you know what to expect as far as price goes. Overall it's the most convenient place to see different designer options all in one store vs walking to each designer store seperately.

I don't understand the ignorance of people who shop here. I bought something because American Express gives me a $50 credit, and I could barely stand it. The clothes are...drum roll...just clothes. Some feel nice and look nicer than average, but the prices are terrible, especially when you consider the environmental harm of the clothing industry and fast fashion. And I'm not cheap. I put over $100k on my card every year, so I know how to spend money. But, Saks is just ridiculous.

I used my $50 credit on 2 Hugo Boss trunk underwear that I could have bought for $25 in a dozen stores. And then they shipped them from Macy's (that's right, boujie wannabes) in two separate, overly thick cardboard boxes instead of one. That makes me sick, and I don't do business with companies that care so little for the environment. So, keep your free $50 Amex. I hate waste and materialism more than I like free stuff, so I'm not going back to Saks. Thanks anyway.

Before purchasing online, I would recommend that you read their return policy thoroughly. No matter the state that the product is in, they will charge you $9.95 to return the item online. If you choose to return the product in store, they will charge you $10. I would not recommend purchasing anything online through SAKs given the risks.

As a travelling assistant it constantly surprises me with the welcome I receive from Mgt here, with SAKS/Houston! Living within walking distance to the store is another plus of working with SAKS at this location! Thanks to you all, my every visit is like visiting a home away from home!
