I bought a wallet a few months ago and it's already peeling so I sent it in for repair due to it 2-Year warranty and after weeks of waiting they refuse to repair or replace the wallet, stating that it's wear and tear. It's not wear and tear it's simply a very poor quality wallet. For the money I spent I at least would like to it last me a few years without this issue. I've had wallets from ROSS last me years without any issues. So if question the quality of all the items on the store.

Update: After calling corporate I was able to receive a replacement and the replacement is already peeling 3 weeks later! (Shown on 3rd pic)

TOO MUCH ATTITUDE at this YSL location..Attempted to go in and there was literally one customer in the store and was told I had to wait by the security guard out front. Meanwhile, I see exactly 3 salespeople on the floor helping one customer... HELLO?.... BYE BYE.... VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE/POLICIES here at this location...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! GO TO Rodeo Drive. I am a frequent YSL customer. I was in Los Angeles visiting and went to the Beverly Center for some quick shopping.

I visited the location on Wednesday evening. I walked in, I was not greeted, no one came up and introduced themselves. They had the bag i was looking for. I walked up to the lady working there, and she continued talking to the other employee as I stood there.

I finally asked if I could see the bag and try it on. She responded with the price of the bag and asked if I was sure. I said yea and she rolled her eyes.

At that moment I put the bag down and just walked out. Insane way to treat people when you work for commission. Gross. No class. Good luck to this location.

Unprofessional. The girl who helped us was not very helpful, she seem like she didn’t even want to help us. We should’ve spoke to the manager but we did not want to cause a scene. I came in expecting to purchase a purse unfortunately, I was so unhappy about it that I wanted to leave. In addition, my friend asked for a bottle of water and the employee said no due to covid but I turned around and I saw two girls being served water lol. My friend made the purchase and we left quickly. This was the worst experience I’ve encountered at YSL. I know they train their employees well and this was not acceptable.

Michael helped my mom pick out a beautiful bag and was very patient with her even though she was so indecisive haha! She even found a bit of a scratch on the bag she purchased and he helped us find a new one that suited my mother the next day. Thank you for all the help honey he deserves to be employee of the money or get a raise! Compared to dolce and gabbana all the employees were sitting there texting on their totally unprofessional! Ysl is the standard!

I had an amazing experience at this Saint Laurent store. Store associate Natalie went above and beyond and was extremely patient with us. Highly recommend!!
