Customer service was nice, but I bought khamrah lattafa perfume today and the person who was helping us said it was on sale so I bought it but when I got home and searched online, I found out that the same perfume was $25-$30 cheap and I feel stupid for buying it for almost the double price. Won’t be coming back here and will suggest that one should search the price online before buying it from here.

The most amazing customer service I have ever experienced with Sofia at the perfume shop at square one. I must have tried almost a hundred perfumes in two days and she helped me with each one with a smile. Made the experience extremely enjoyable and helped me find two perfect scents! I would come back here specifically if I was ever looking for a scent just for Sofia to help me out!

**Updated review from recent experience:
The first time I was here, Sofia was wonderful and helped me find the exact perfumes I was looking for. They had a very nice selection of the Lattafa perfumes, and she was very prompt and gave lots of options based on our personal preferences. When I came back again, this time with more people all interested in buying perfumes, I was not met with the same service from her-in fact she stated she could not help us and someone else did instead. This other worker (did not get her name) had much less ability to match the fragrance notes we stated we were looking for and was less enthusiastic, less helpful, and less polite. In fact the first perfumes and colognes she let us try all smelled horrid and were not in the scent profiles we provided at all. I’ve also recently investigated that they charge much higher than other local fragrance shops for no apparent reason and claim they have the “lowest prices”. Despite buying multiple fragrances each time we visited, we left disappointed this time. Overall we were not impressed the second time around and will have to conclude that the service here is inconsistent and the prices are quite high compared to other places for the exact same products.

Manuela, best person I've dealt with, not pushy or anything like. When talking to her was like talking to a friend, she really know her stuff about perfumes, I was impressed on how much she knows. She's the right person to help for anything related to perfumes, you won't be disappointed! Keep up the good work. I will be coming back for sure to buy more perfumes 🙂

Me, my husband and my brother had visited the Perfume Shop and were looking for some middle eastern perfumes/oudhs for the first time, the staff Ms. Sneh was incredibly knowledgeable and guided us through their vast collection finally helping us getting exactly what we were looking for. Iqra was SO helpful in finding us all The perfume we were looking for today. We literally walked out with like six bottles of perfume. The prices are so great. They have so many unique scents and I was so happy with my experience. Will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for perfume or cologne.
