Went in for a birthday acne facial and Bridgette was amazinggggg! I got more educational info from her than the dermatologist I go to twice a year. Her recommendations are great too. She suggested various products from various price ranges. My skin is super dry and sensitive and the products she told me to get are working great. I am excited to add this to my routine. Even after the service I contacted her a few times and she was so nice with her responses. I already have my next appointment booked!

I had my first ever facial with Bridget and it was AWESOME! The environment was clean, crisp and so comfortable. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable. When I told her it was my first ever facial, she immediately started to walk me through every step of the process. She even stayed back with me afterward to do an audit of my skincare products. This morning (the day after the facial) I woke up and my skin looks amazing. So not only was the experience great, but so were the results. Seeing Bridget is definitely going to be part of my ongoing regimen.

Got a facial 2 days ago and my experience was pleasant. We had great convo however, I was extremely hesitant in doing a facial because I have acne rosacea NOT just acne. I booked a customized facial and added my diagnosis including rosacea so only sensitive products could be used. Unfortunately now I have contact dermatitis due to the salicylic washed used on my face as well as the exfoliant. Rosacea skin is extremely sensitive. I do not suffer from type 1 which caused flushing of the cheeks but type 2 which causes pustules and papules. A lot of derms don't even understand rosacea but it's my fault for even booking. My skin barrier was ruined by an aesthetician at Ulta who recommend I used a aha/bha face wash 3 years ago. I had mentioned this at my appointment as well as heat being a rosacea trigger and steam and hot towels were still applied on my face. I just wanted to have hydrated skin for my birthday and now I'm just in pain and having to fix my skin barrier. I think if you do not have sensitive skin or rosacea you will be fine but I think prior to adding products a 10 minute consultation should be had to discuss what products to use before just using it.

Bridget is amazing !! I was given for my birthday the deep hydro cleanse +customization facial and back restoration therapy treatment. One of the best gifts I’ve ever been given . Bridget was so sweet and knowledgeable. She really loves what she does and has her clients best interest at heart. She will really teach you all about your skin and maintenance.
