Chloe was so lovely. I spoke to her on the phone and she told me some tips on how to use these products. She packed some samples that im excited to try and she packed my box beautifully. The packaging is so beautiful, I love them. The products speaks for itself, the smell is out of this world, the texture is very concentrated so you only need to use a small amount. My hair dresser @NeelLovesCurls (you should definitely check him out, he specialises on curls) used these products that’s how I heard about Innersense. I cannot recommend Chloe and her team enough. The products came in 2 business days which is amazing. Thank you so much Chole and team @One Fine Secret, South Yarra

Truly remarkable service. I had a particular brand in mind for hair care & styling products but was overwhelmed by their range (Innersense Organic Beauty). Deshani spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me to help choose the right items that would suit my curly hair and my daughter’s straight hair. She was so sweet and patient. Was so happy I spoke to the owner Kayla to compliment her service and she was also a gem. After I’d hung up I saw another product I wanted to add so called back and spoke to Daphne who added it to my order. Nothing was too much trouble and my order arrived super quickly. HIGHLY recommend this gorgeous store ?. Thanks so much x

So happy I found One Fine Secret!

I’m on a mission to ‘clean up’ my beauty routine and this company has made that so much easier.

It’s amazing how many wonderful products they have available; and it’s so comforting to shop with ease, knowing they’ve done the hard work for you by only stocking non-toxic products.

I placed my order and had it on my doorstep within 24 hours! It also included some amazing samples. I loved that you could request what samples you were interested in on check out. I can tell that the person who packed my order did it with kindness and tried to honour my request as close as possible.

One Fine Secret has inspired my non-toxic journey even more. I can’t wait to explore some more products.

The staff are amazing thanks Kayla! I don’t live in Melbourne but if I can I call in when I can. So I can test products before buying for my sensitive skin. They have the very best and most luxurious natural skin products to rival and well exceed any chemical based products. Staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and dedicated.
