While my shopping experience was mid. The lady who helped was such a delightful person.

When I received the purse, there was nail polish stains, pills, papers and a hair clip. But this was supposed to be brand new same price as the store itself. See photo for reference.

I called to speak to someone about it returning the item. And after a few transfers and an “I don’t know what you are asking me to do” I finally spoke to someone and they gave me a return code. It’s been a few days since the item has been returned and I have not yet been refunded. Overall I expected more from Nordstrom and this may be my last time shopping here.

Sherry Ann had a shoe give out on her while we were out shopping. We stopped in to Nordstrom, and Alfonso found us browsing and immediately helped us out. I was impressed by how patient and attentive he was. He got a good idea of what she was looking for and brought out a few choices. I'm not a fan of shopping, but I felt at ease with the help we were getting. This was a great experience, and I would recommend you ask for Alfonso when you are looking for help finding what you need.

In the cosmetics section, Gwendoline and Dave informed us very well and made us buy products we never thought of buying. It was a real pleasure shopping with them.

I just can’t get enough of this store. I’ve bought multiple pairs of shoes, clothes and makeup. Why? The customer service is amazing! Everyone makes recommendations that meet your needs. And the shades of makeup are a brown girl’s dream.

Would not recommend. Placed an online order for a gift, that was supposed to be ready Saturday(same day). Went by Sunday and they didn’t have it. Chatted with C/S and asked to have the order cancelled. Monday I got an email saying order was ready. Tuesday I got an order saying the order was picked up. I live 4 hours away, so this was obviously a scam. Will never do a store order at Nordstrom again.
