This place is a disaster. I can hardly describe how bad it is. They could not, after two attempts, put the paint on my nails without making a terrible mess. Eventually, I just said “okay that’s fine” because I saw no hope of improvement. I just went home and took it off. What an astonishingly bad nail salon. Never go here.

is was ok. my water form my feet was cold, they didn't warm it up enough when asked to add more water. Massage was weak didn't do it for me honestly and the paint job as uneven and around my nail as well. Could've giving my self more pampering, better coverage and get some dinner with the money i spent here

*additional info* my toes are super mid, not even worth 45. The shapes are so inconsistent and I told her square. She was going to complete the set with so many streaks it looked unfinished I had to tell her to complete it properly. When I walked in I said hi LOUD AND CLEAR to everyone and they all ignored me I had to say it TWICE, they didn’t even say hi back. I believe they are racist towards black women. They treated the white and brown people so different. Ladies, they don’t deserve your hard earned money, there are better places elsewhere that will give you amazing service and treat you with respect. I regret going there soooo much. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Pedicures here are AMAZING! The service is great and staff is friendly. My only complaint would be they cater to older clientele more then the younger crowd. They are not up to date on fancy styles and nail art. But if your looking for something more basic they are great, and prices are fair

was it a bad manicure ? no.
have i had better manicures? absolutely yes.
i believe i was overcharged, and the work on my cuticles is a solid one star. i could have gotten way better at a different salon for a cheaper price. i would recommend QS nails - they're a lot better than this place.

I called to make an appointment and asked if they are able to do refill on long nails, I was told yes and got the appt booked in a rushed manner.
I showed up, started the process half way through I'm being told by the nail tech that she doesn't really do long nails, I gave her the option to cut it down a bit. I asked to maintain the square shape that already exists, I couldn't get that the top of my square is now slightly rounded, the top of my nail isn't flat but bubbly in a sense which also takes away from the square shape, my cuticles were not cleaned and when I asked how much was the service including tax I was told 40!!! Only to be charged 45 and change after..... one chop...no tens across the board for me darling.

Too many people. I waited outside. Forgot to wash hands between clients. I had to remind her that she had not washed. Not cleaned properly after pedicures were done. Also not a good manicure. Nails were left rough.

Horrible work. Very expensive. She did my nails very bompi and uneven. Obviously, they don't have experience on long nails, the place very dirty and disorganized.
