I was grateful to stumble upon this nail care shop while passing through town. The girls working here are friendly, efficient, and have an eye for detail.

During a very busy season they were able to squeeze me in for a mani and pedi. I’ve never had a dry spa before and I’m delightfully surprised with how soft and hydrated my hands and feet are afterwards.

REPLY TO THE OWNER.
I would like clarification then how am i was "provocative" and "disrespectful"? Please explain, i allow even show the cameras or voice records, please show the people my "provocative" behavior. Probably you are used to, that most clients sit shut, and let unqualified people do with their nails what they want.
I kindly pointed out to the nail technician, about the cuticles, which she responded "it will be still buffed". Then she took the "buffer tip" whith what she scratch the nails even more, because that was not even a buffer and it was not supposed to touch the nails. Then she became to make another hand. And then i asked to stop. I still tried to explain to her in quiet and nice way, where is the cuticles and that they are not removed. That must be shameful to you and your salon, that the client knows what the client is talking about. Thats why you stand up, and interrupted, because you was sitting near by and heard it, - you asked employee, to do it again, but me and her stated that she already "buffed" it, and thats the finish look. Then again i kept listening about "specifications" about my hands, "that its already bleeding", - but dear, its the employee cut it with the scissors, because the step to prepare cuticles for to remove it, was not done properly. From the beginning, Ksenia looked tired, tensioned, worked harsh, and her mimic of the face looked like she will cut my fingers if she would be able to. Again, my notice to technician was ignored, not even responded at al ,thats why i asked to stop, your request as the owner to try to do it one more time failed, because it was "finished work". Since i asked to stop, i was offered for the refund. I definitely contact you as you asked, if i do not receive it.
Once again, when you fail as salon and professionals, - blaming the customer being provocative or disrespectful, involving some employees and omg even customers in that, shows who is really disrespectful and mistread the client. Wasn't it you Sofia, who was complaining to me, while i was waiting, how bad customer are who did not come that day two times in a row? Seems like you like to gossip. So please do not involve your two clients in the whole salon, as a support against me. They could not understand nothing, because we spoke russian, and my explantion would make sense only to people who speaks russian and who is trained and professional.
And if your employee is trained by "international" standarts, may i see the diploma please? We are in Europe, if we talk about standarts, it should be proven by goverment issued Diploma and not any type of Certificate, and not international but European standarts. In case there is no diploma, and since the manicure tools was not sterile, (sterile tools are opened in front of the client from the special envelope, which goes to sterilisation machine) and my finger was cut, comes bigger problem than my so called "disrespect" towards some other employees i haven't even spoke with. Seems that unprofessional attitude, work, gossiping about other clients, physical damage and emotional as well,(since now i am worried if i didn't catch any disease from the unsterilized tools) - is totally your thing.
I am sorry for all the customers who is unknowledgeable of all these things i mentioned above, in my opinion because of them, your business still on, - not because you are honest and professional! And you will need a check up, from certain institutions!
Respect clients, do not shut the clients up, do everything correct and professional - and maby clients will stop missing appointments like you said, and respect you back. Start from yourself! 👈

Ik wil mijn grote dank uitspreken aan haarstylist Ksenia en visagist Adele.
Mijn haar is moeilijk te fixeren, maar de krullen bleven de hele dag zitten, van 's ochtends tot het einde van mijn evenement. Ik werd zelfs wakker met krullen! Dit is echt een geweldig resultaat. Visagist Adele begreep me meteen en maakte een make-up die mijn kwaliteiten mooi benadrukte en mijn tekortkomingen verhulde. Ik vond het echt fantastisch!

Daarnaast wil ik de hoge richtlijnen van hygiëne in de salon benadrukken. Ik hecht veel waarde aan dit aspect, maar hier kon ik me ontspannen en genieten van het proces.

Heel erg bedankt aan Ksenia en Adele voor hun professionaliteit en aandacht! Ik kom zeker terug!

Ik ben heel blij met mijn ervaring bij Sofiya Nailcare! Adel heeft het voor mij gedaan, en ik ben supertevreden. Ze is een hele lieve en goede vrouw die precies weet wat ze doet. Mijn wimpers en wenkbrauwen zijn zo mooi geworden! Als je op zoek bent naar iemand die je echt mooi maakt, moet je zeker naar haar toe gaan. Een echte aanrader!

Na een lange zoektocht, eindelijk de perfecte nagelsalon gevonden voor mij. Vanaf dag 1 voelde ik mij thuis, op mijn gemak! Er wordt voor u gezorgd, naar u geluisterd, het is gewoonweg therapie en verwennerij tesamen! Snizhana is mijn vaste styliste en de eerste die mij overtuigde om frensh te proberen en na wie ik ook met de perfecte frensh buitenstapte, zoals ik het wou! De sfeer, professionaliteit, flexibiliteit! Sofiya steekt ook enorm veel tijd in het opleiden van de meisjes en dat merk je! Allemaal 1 voor 1 topmeiden! Doe zo voort❤️ Big Love
