I just got my nails done here and the colour shown on the fake nail sample was so much lighter than the neon turquoise that ended up on my nail. I specifically chose a colour that was pale and subtle and ended up with bright blue/green nails. I told the worker as she painted the first coat that it wasn’t the right colour, she told me to wait for the second coat. I waited and it was still wrong.. she shrugged her shoulders and kept going, even after I said again “this isn’t the right colour”. Such a waste of money, especially after I spent over 1h 30minutes just getting shellac done on my nails because they were too busy and kept accepting new clients. Wouldn’t recommend going here - nobody speaks English, good luck.

As a small business owner, I am very mindful about leaving negative reviews, but this service was so bad I feel compelled to help others. I had shellac on my nails and went in for a manicure. The technician used a dremel, file, and buffer. I told her she was hurting me and she continued until I told her to stop. My nails are destroyed - paper thin, scratched up, and hurt in certain places. I have never had an experience like this before. They did refund my money which I appreciate, but damage is done.

I made an appointment for Friday to get a new set of bio gel nail extensions for an all day event on Saturday. Sunny was kind and helpful throughout, however, by Saturday morning, two of my nails had come off completely. I had no time to get them to correct and reattach them. Tuesday I was back in the area and went in to address the issue. I was told to come back Thursday. Thursday. I said that I’d already spent enough time with my ruined nail job and wanted them reglued. I was told sunny has a special glue and would be back in on Thursday. I did not accept that since Sunny’s special glue clearly wasn’t working so well. The lady proceeded to reglue my pointer finger nail. I pointed out that she was glueing it on crooked, to which she replied, “too late now”. Getting ready for work this am and while applying moisturizer, my middle finger nail started feeling loose: I paid over $100 for this set and I got to enjoy them for less than 12hours before the problems started. The service here is amazingly bad. I can’t quite believe it. Don’t waste your money.

Got a version of a French manicure and the nail technician really took care to get it all looking perfect. This is a nice, bright and clean place. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back.

I got a shellac manicure here during the day. Space is nice and bright, and most importantly clean. The staff are also professional and friendly, and take their time to do a great job.

Visited this nail salon for the first time recently as I moved into the Neighborhood. They were very busy when I walked in but they accommodated me later for an appointment. Suzie did my manicure and June did my pedicure. Both nail technicians gave me beautiful results. I appreciated the extra care and time June spent on my pedicure as I walk, hike alot. I will be returning to this nail salon and would recommend them to others.

Got my nails done for my sister's wedding, went there on Friday and the nail has already popped off Monday morning with no pain!!! I've been getting my nails done for years, this is very bad quality!
