My entire experience with Rick Hendrick MINI in Charleston was top notch.

I scheduled my appointment with Rose. I had to reschedule and that was a breeze as well.

When I arrived for my appointment my advisor, Andy was awesome in communicating expectations to me and providing a loaner since we drove up from Savannah.

Everything was explained so well and the maintenance was completed well within the time frame I was given.

Andy even provided a recommendation for lunch.

Matt in parts helped me upgrade my floor mats and I spoke with Ryan the following day about adding the rear floor mats and both experiences were superb.

I love how I was given recommendations in answer to my questions and in no incidence did anyone attempt to upsell me something that I didn’t need.

It will be a delight to have my MINI cares for at Rick Hendricks! What an incredible team.

Also, Andy made notes on my account for further discussion at my next oil change! Very helpful!!!

Had an early appointment, was checked in and all paperwork was ready when I got there. Super friendly staff, kept me informed about the progress of the work being done on the car, and was actually done earlier than quoted. When I got the car back, it was cleaned inside and out.

Just purchased my 2024 Mini Cooper JCW Convertible. From the start of building my car, Sales rep Mary Skinner was the best. She made sure that the car was going to be built the way I wanted it. She kept me informed all the way right up to delivery to me, I'm so thankful to have Mary as my sales rep (this is the 3rd car I purchased from her). Thank you Mary and Mini of Charleston for a great car.
