Had this place recommended by many friends that brought their high end vehicles there and nothing but glowing reviews from all of them! Made appointment for September.10/2024 for my 2025 Mazda CX-70! Mark answered all my questions and had the top rated dash cam in stock the Thinkware U3000 front and rear dash cams! I had a dash cam installed in my other Mazda from another company and some of the interior pieces and trim were not put back properly and I had to go back! Plus they did not carry the Thinkware U3000 dash cam! When I showed up for the appointment Mark asked if I had any questions about the install of the dash cam! And I told him what happened the last time and he assured me not to worry it will be done right the first time! Everything was put back and in place for the interior trim and pieces! Excellent customer service and awesome detail to the quality of work! I will definitely recommend Master 12 Volt Car Electronics to all my friends and family! Got my 2 way remote starter from them. Works absolutely great. You can save a good bit by not going to a dealership. They did the job perfectly fine. On time service as promised. Really satisfied with their service

I went to this location today to get a replacement for a 10 year old Compustar remote starter fob, and this service took less than 5 minutes. I dealt with Mark, the owner, and he was superb. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Had a Compustar remote start installed today and I’m super happy with the install. Mark was very professional and really knows his products. I asked him for a quote using their website and Mark responded with a very detailed quote which was exactly what I paid when the install was complete, no surprises. Given that my vehicle is a manual transmission it was different for the starting procedure for safety reasons. Mark explained the process making it very simple, not complicated at all. You would never know that any work had been done on the vehicle as he left it spotless. I highly recommend using Master 12 Volt if you’re looking for a professional remote starter install and I will return when I decide to add a new stereo into my vehicle. Just want to say thank you to Mark for a job well done.

Mark was great to deal with, great communication, really knowledgeable. Car was in and out in the promised amount of time and everything works as it should. Other than being a little bit out of the way, I had no issues. There's a reason he's rated so close to 5 Stars, the man is a master at his craft for sure.

After getting a remote started installed on my Mercedes, the system kept going into valet mode and wouldn't start the vehicle. Took it back couple of times and was told that most likely it's my battery and would need a new one. The battery was replaced 5 or 6 months before the remote starter install. When I use the remote starter now, the hazard lights come on every 2 seconds which drives me nuts. I wish I never installed the system.

1. 2021: stopped by with a quick question but got the detailed answer and help from Mark. Exceptional customer service. 2. 2022: got DRL activated on JDM Subaru. Mark did a great job. Strongly recommend Master 12V for any electrical needs for your car.

Got remote start on my 2019 Kia forte, was quick and easy, good price and really clean install. Definitely recommend
