Holy smokes, I visited the Lush Spa today for the first time and I was wowed! From the moment we walked into the tranquil space, from building a curated treatment for what I wanted to the thoughtful staff. I did the Synatheisha treatment and I was so impressed, totally relaxed, all senses were in for a treat. I received my treatment from Kyle & he was amazing !! This is a must see. I’ve been to plenty spas never quite one like this! 10/19/2024 - I went for the second time & the high standards remained, this time I indulged in the validation facial & the spell! Lush has done it again! Highly recommended.

The best spa experience I've had, ever. Both treatments had their own soundtrack (yes, you read that right), which made this escape from reality so very memorable. I did the Highlands Spa treatment followed by the Sound Bath, and I left feeling like a new person. It's honestly hard putting my thoughts into words, as there were so many details that made my visit to the Lush Spa so unique and unforgettable. Conveniently located in the middle of downtown Vancouver, this modern day oasis is definitely worth checking out.

The most unique spa!

This was one of the coolest spa experiences I’ve ever had. I went in for The Sound Bath Spa Treatment: a 60 minute combination of massage and music to retune your mind and body.
It was like nothing I’ve ever experienced. It was a combination of head and scalp massage paired with music. (Did you know Lush has its own band which created curated music for their spas?) The treatment is almost like choreography; there’s no clock in the room so Kyle (who was doing my treatment) followed the music to know when to start and end. He also massaged my head, neck, and ear while I was lying on my side to drain the lymph while stimulating circulation. It felt amazing. Plus there were Tibetan singing bowls and gongs and incredible incense incorporated throughout.

The whole experience was really cool. I loved it!

Ñ Beautiful Spa with Great Massage, but Pricey for Experience

I received a gift for a spa day and had a wonderful experience. The spa is beautifully designed, creating a serene atmosphere.
The massage I received was good as well.

While I enjoyed my time at the spa and appreciated the quality of the services, I found that it’s expensive side.
For a visit, the cost may be a bit steep for some individuals.

If you're looking for a luxurious spa experience and don't mind the higher price point, I would definitely recommend here.

Wow! I got this as a present and I ended up booking the spell which was the scalp/foot massage. Katherine (I believe is her name?) performed the treatment and she was so wonderful and friendly. I wish the scalp portion was more thorough but I found the leg/feet treatment so great and relaxing! I would have loved a bit more pressure and firmness. I never buy anything from Lush but I ended up snagging a couple things. I left the spa feeling like a baby. The ambience, sound design, and treatment alone are out of this world. I’ll definitely be back to try something else!

I went to buy watermelon soap to support the good cause of helping the children in Gaza and the West Bank and extremely touched by the kindness and help of your employee Collin. I’m also very impressed by Lush and its bravery to stand up for the children of Palestine. This is a company I can feel good about spending my money at. You support so many good causes. I’ll definitely be back!

Today, my friend and I decided to treat ourselves with a visit to the Lush Spa on Robson, celebrating her birthday in style. I indulged in the Book a Bath, Comforter, and Tangled Hair treatments, and I must say, it was an experience beyond expectations.

Kyle, who assisted me throughout, was exceptional. His kindness, knowledge, and excellent communication truly enhanced the experience. He ensured that every detail was taken care of, making me feel incredibly valued and pampered.

The bath was probably the best I've ever had. Upon entering the room, everything was prepared and ready for me. The assortment of items included a bath bomb, water, tea, an eye mask, face cleanser, face mask, body soap, and moisturizer. The atmosphere was further elevated by the relaxing music playing in the background.

When it was time to get out, the transition was gracefully managed with a bell and a gentle voice signaling the end of my soak. Post-bath, there were ample supplies available for use, such as deodorant, eye cream, and body spray, ensuring I left feeling fresh and rejuvenated.

I wholeheartedly recommend this experience to others and am eagerly anticipating trying out some of the new treatments they will be offering. I can’t wait to return for more at Lush Spa!
