Le Labo

It was my first time visiting the store. I wanted to try some fragrances out, so I gave it a go. The staff was nice, kindly gave me some words on fragrances, recommendations. The scent is bit different when you smell it on paper and on your skin, so I 'think' it would be nice to buy some samples first, try it on during the day, then decide which one to buy. The place have the antique vibe to it, great place to drop in on good sunny days.

I had a wonderful experience with Saskia at Le Labo Fitzroy Melbourne! My Santal 33 perfume label was damaged after my makeup remover leaked in my bag. Saskia was incredibly helpful and kind, quickly assisting me with reprinting the label and making sure everything was sorted. Her service was exceptional, and I’m so grateful for how smooth and easy she made the whole process. Thank you, Saskia!

看到了一些評論，去之前有點擔心被不禮貌到，去了以後感覺蠻正常的，基本上店員都有跟客人打個招呼，如果想自己試香的也不會太打擾。一進去的時候其實覺得店內味道有點臭，是種香水很多混合很多體味的感覺，但是品牌評價太高，還是選擇入手了試香組及一罐50ml，需要給時間耐心的等待，每種味道都會給你不一樣的感覺，也是很厲害，沒有違背品牌評價。（如果住附近那就有空就去試香，試到喜歡的再入手，不需要買試香組）全澳洲唯一的店！推！

I bit the bullet and decided to travel here on my Sunday off. I love the vibes of this area. It’s a perfect entryway to the Le Labo store as you go past the local boutiques and warm cafes. The epitome of Melbourne imo. I work in fragrance much like the Le Labo staff so I am reminded constantly of the reality that fragrance can overhyped alcohol in glass bottles. Not a lot will get me excited in my own retail environment but I found myself bashful. Both staff members were incredibly patient and helpful. A very simple but humble experience. I’m happy I decided to go and can’t wait to go there again!

I liked this place but then they discontinued my favourite scent and I can’t even get a refill cause I only had a small bottle ? which apparently doesn’t qualify. Some of us don’t want to smell Iike everyone else and get santal or another ? very disappointing

I had the best experience ever in this store. I bought my first full bottle & they were very helpful. Amy helped me getting through how i felt about my top 4 scent. She even suggested & accompanied me getting some fresh air to get my thoughts straight ?. Thankyou so much Amy!
