Only my second visit to laser clinics and I can honestly say I am extremely happy with the service. The ladies here make sure you are comfortable, aware of what’s going on and very welcoming.

One of the women working there who may be the manager had great customer service, she apologized for the short wait I had and even thanked me for stopping by. Recommending to all of my friends !

The place is clean, which is super important. My experience with the staff has been fine, there haven't been any interactions that were exceptionally bad or good. There are three issues that I do have though:
1. It's impossible to get through to anyone and sometimes I don't get a call back when I leave a message, which means I have to call again.
2. There's always a wait time regardless of the scheduled appointment time. I don't think I've ever been taken in on time, maybe once. 3. Some staff members rush through the appointment and others take their time to ensure every section is lasered. Not sure if the thought is, "if a spot is missed we'll catch it on the next appointment", but I'd prefer the same or similar level of service/consistency to avoid needing a maintenance session sooner due to missed spots. Not looking for perfection, just consistency.

I had a wonderful experience at Laser Clinics Canada! Jayza was amazing throughout my visit. She made the process comfortable and ensured that everything was done with care. I especially appreciated how she applied the laser gel and sunscreen afterwards—such a thoughtful and valuable service. Highly recommend!

I am client here and I have been here almost whole year I had a lot of acne scars here and also got purging .
I got 6 micro needling sessions I was consistent with my treatment and the result are amazing. Like literally amazing ….
I started may 2024 and till October 2024 . If anyone is worried about their scaring or post acne pigmentation laser clinic Canada is the best place . Everyone they have great promotions making it easier for customers to purchase treatments.

Katie the nurse injector at LCC is fantastic! She's professional, knowledgeable, and has a gentle touch. The botox was quick and nearly painless. I love my natural-looking results - refreshed, not frozen. Her follow-up care was great too. Highly recommend for anyone considering Botox!

First of all, customer service goes completely out the window with this place. The attitudes of most workers are insanely rude, including the manager.

I went in for a consultation at first and was skeptical of the girl who I was speaking to because she seemed like she was just googling information rather than actually knowing it. I kept correcting her about several skincare advice that she was giving (and my friend who had a consultation with her had the exact same issue - she kept correcting her because the girl just didn’t know what she was doing). I didn’t want to be rude so I politely asked for a second opinion, emphasizing that I’m not undermining her abilities but I’d rather just be safe than sorry. The lady I asked at the front desk to fit me in for a second opinion gave an invalidating look to the girl who had gave my first consultation, making me feel like I was dumb for asking, and simply just said she’s right. I was kind of left speechless and also upset because I decided to pay for two sessions before actually doing my research on this company.

When I went in for my first session, that same girl who gave me my consultation gave me the wrong service, causing my skin to severely break out. I went back to the location and spoke to them about this where I finally got to speak to a very professional worker, who I won’t name out of respect, who told me that I had received the wrong service and it was completely their fault. When she spoke to her manager Susie, they refused to hand me a refund (even after I spoke to her over messages which I have proof of), and instead said I have two “complimentary services” that I can book whenever I’d like. I was never informed that these services had an expiry date until five days before the so-called “expiry”. So they technically said I have to book both services before that expiry date.

When I spoke to the manager Susie about this over the phone, she was extremely rude with the tone she was speaking to me in, while I remained calm throughout the entirety of the call. I tried to level with her several times explaining the situation at hand, where she cut me off saying she already knows everything and there’s no point in me repeating it because it’s in my file. But every time I spoke about something related to my case, she didn’t know what I was referring to and would ask me to clarify it in a rude and belittling tone… (I thought she already knew everything and had it in my file?). I ended up throwing away both of those services (which were over $100 that I spent) because I just cannot trust this place with my skin.

Not to mention, if you book an appointment, expect to wait an extra 30-40 minutes before they call you in. They’re extremely disorganized with their schedules

Balkees was so knowledgeable and attentive to my care. She was super efficient and after my session hairs were coming right off. Looking forward to the next 9 sessions!

Edit. while in person service is great, i’m not pleased with being sent to vm every time I call

Francie helped me for my face laser recently. She is kind, caring & made me feel comfortable through out the session. I was being helped by other technicians in the past, but she is simply THE BEST. I just hope that she can help me for all the future appointments since I'm ONLY comfortable with her. It's all about GOOD VIBES✨️
