I’ve been to Crabtree Mall a bazillion times and never saw this cute store! I was looking for a make your own perfume place and couldn’t find one. However, on Google I saw the reviews of this place and I booked an hour 1 on 1 session. The day I was supposed to come it thunderstorms I was an hour late. Vik and Liz were so accommodating and said just arrive safely don’t worry about the time. I got there and I was welcomed with Champagne and chocolates. Liz is my go to Woman! She knows her fragrances and the best part she knows the history of the Artist behind the fragrances. Vik is the owner and she was the sweetest and I ended up buying 2 bottles. I’ve been coming every 2-3 weeks buying a new fragrance because they all smell so AMAZING! TOP Quality, They let you try it on your skin. I’ve done walk ins as well and still get just as much attention! I’m a forever LOYAL Customer now! Each time I get a fragrance they also give you a sample of another fragrance. DONT PASS THIS PLACE UP! If you wanna be that person that always gets compliment on smelling Good this is your store!

Hands down one of the finest perfume boutiques I’ve experienced - and right here in Raleigh! It’s like being a kid in a candy store as I always find several intriguing fragrances with equally stunning packaging. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about the special blends and their perfumers, something you don’t find at any of the other high-end department stores. I love going to find a new inspirational scent at the change of seasons or whenever I need a quick pick-me-up.

On our visit to Cary, NC we stumbled upon this store by accident and I am glad we did! The staff was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable with all the products they carried as well as the ones they didn't. I strongly suggest you make at least a cameo if you enjoy quality fragrances!

I loved stumbling upon this store. I don’t wear a ton of fragrance, but was looking for something new (I’ve worn Dior’s J’adore for years) and something unique. I didn’t really know what “niche” fragrance was but the staff educated me and helped me wade through what looked like hundreds of bottles. They set me up with 3-4 perfumes, the sales person sprayed them on paper and with their help I then chose 2 to try on my skin. I may not need more perfume in the near future, but when I do I will definitely go back to this store!

I find it frustrating that they offer niche fragrances but don't allow customers to test them on the skin before making a purchase. It's unreasonable to expect customers to buy fragrances without being able to test them first, especially when there's a no-refund policy. Furthermore, their inconsistent customer service, where they follow some customers around but not others, is off-putting. I don't like the being told you can't spray a fragrance but they want you to make a purchase and follow you around forcing you purchase.

I found La Parfumerie in Crabtree after the other store I came for there didn't provide good service. Viktoriya was amazing- she is very good at what she does. I was able to tell her a few scents that I liked and she quickly found new ones for me that I loved. I feel like I've wasted so much time and money on popular brands that didn't smell as delectable or last nearly as long. I am so happy to have found a light scent that Iasts all day. I can't wait to return when I have more time to smell everything.

I will start by saying that I really used to enjoy coming to this place and that I was always treated very well by all associates...until my last visit. As I walked in, the associate was on her cell phone. I went to the Xerjoff section and sprayed Cruz del Sur II on a test strip. At this point, she gets off her phone and comes over to me and asks "Do you like that one?". I tell her that I did, and she immediately asks "Well why don't you buy it then?" Mind you, these were the first words she spoke to me and it came off being very rude. I responded "I'm not looking to buy today, just wanted to test some things out and see what's new." I've never in the past bought fragrances on the spot, as I always like to sample them first before coming back to buy. So it felt like she was rushing me. She then responds "Well since you're not buying, why don't you do us both a favor and not waste our time and just smell the caps instead of spraying?" At this point, I didn't feel welcomed anymore and I eventually walked out a few minutes later.

I will keep the associate's identity private because when La Parfumerie had first opened up, she was very helpful and kind to me and my girlfriend when we were browsing. She even went above and stayed past closing time to help us. Which is why I'm so shocked that she treated me the way that she did on my last visit. I am not trying to throw her under the bus, just sharing my experience. And this experience alone makes me never want to step foot in this store again.
