Dr. Ward and his staff office are amazing. Let me start with his reception staff. When you call to ask a question the staff tries to answer the questions for you instead of passing you off to a nurse where you might have to leave a voicemail mail and wait 24 hours for a return call. Not at this office. Every time I call regarding what the doctor said at my last appointment or an insurance question it’s always answered right away.

I can’t say enough about the nurses. They are very kind and caring. They call me with my results of a test before I can remember to call the office. They call to let me know if the insurance will cover a medication and if the insurance doesn’t they point me in the right direction to find a pharmacy that is the cheapest and calls it in for me. To me, they go above and beyond.

Dr Ward, he has a great bedside manner. He isn’t the type of doctor that only spends 10 minutes with you. He answers all your questions and concerns. He also isn’t a doctor that will put you under the knife right away. He likes to make sure he addresses the real problem and treats you for it instead of saying surgery is the answer. For me, being 47 I was grateful for that.

I do want to warn you though since Dr. Ward and his staff are great in what they do, you will have to wait a few minutes on hold when you call in because they are taking the time to help others. But be patient because when they pick up on your call they will take the time with you too. When scheduling an appointment, it may take weeks to get one because everyone wants to see Dr. Ward but it’s worth the wait.
