I have never referred more people to a business. Pete, Nick and the rest of the team are absolutely amazing. They’re honest, reliable and trustworthy which is sometimes Rare to find in South Florida. I cannot rave about them enough. Highly recommend them.

I drove through about 8 inches of water and then my car went haywire and started idling really rough and throwing codes left and right. I called a different shop that specializes in my car brand and they were a little rude. They also said they didn't have time for me. I called up J & P and they couldn't have been friendlier. They booked me a same day appointment and were able to trouble shoot my car and get me back on the road in less than an hour. It turns out my car had a minor vacuum leak that was exacerbated by the water I drove through. They changed out a hose and now my 10 year old car is running smoother than before. I also was able to ask them some questions and get a quote for some future jobs that might need to be done down the line. Couldn't be more pleased with the patience, friendliness, and efficiency of the staff here. Will definitely bring my car back here.

I was referred to this shop by Batteries Plus, as changing the battery in a 2016 Dodge Journey is a little more involved. I called, got a quote, the battery was ordered, and the next day they called to let me it was in. It was installed in less than an 45 min. Nick and Ken were both great to deal with. If you are looking for a full service shop that won’t up sell you, this is the place to go.

They were very highly recommended to me by friends who have lived in this area a long time and who know a lot about cars. I will also recommend them because my experience today was stellar. From my initial phone inquiry, to my meeting in the office and during subsequent phone calls (my car problem was not straightforward), I was treated with respect and was given very thorough information. Previous shops I have dealt with weren't necessarily so. I felt the cost was extremely fair and the work was thorough. I definitely plan to return when I need to in the future!
