They didn't have the bolt to fix a bike I'd bought from them just four months ago, which had fallen off. They then tried to get me to buy a new wheel. They said they had discontinued the bike and its parts were no longer available. Luckily I spoke to someone who knew the measurement of the bolt, I then went online and bought a pack of 20 for £6.99. Won't be buying another bike from Halfords.

Excellent customer service by Cory. I had problems locating the correct back wiper to fit my car, the in store screen was no help at all! It said they didn’t have it but Cory was able to compare and then find the correct one. Thank you

Visited 15-Sept, is a joke of store, understaffed, my wife want to buy and electric bike, only one guy working on the bike area, said he was too busy and if we want come back better on a weekday between 8 and 10am... because after they may become busy...
No one else wanted to help, even if they were doing nothing, just one guy for the bikes? No flexibility for other staff to assist? No willingness to sell big ticket item...
Manager of that store (if any) need to be retrained along with all people inside that store...
Thankfully you are not the only company that sells bikes...

Popped in today to buy a couple of things and Dorian was so so helpful! Really friendly, helpful and checked over my bike for me - he fixed my derailleur in a few minutes that another bike shop said was going to take days! Will definitely be coming here for all of my bike checks in future!

Been in a few times now with very slow and unhappy service.
Today i wanted to buy a ‘take away today bike’
After 30 minutes of waiting for advice on what bike to pick- to the guy not knowing anything about bikes- to then choosing and being told I in fact cannot take the bike away today.
Rubbish team and customer service.

Went back after almost a year for my bike service. It’s free but Rodney was very attentive. He checked my gear, tires, and wiped the bike. He also answered some specific questions from mine and it was super helpful. Thank you Rodney!
