Do not recommend. Chopped my hair too short in such a short time. I walked in to talk through the process with photos and a drawing, but the owner was so quick to get me in a chair and get my hair off. For the short time that we did talk, I do not think she heard me. I told her my curly hair needs several extra inches because it shrinks. It was shockingly fast how she went to cut off all my years of hair growth. My curls are so difficult to live with and style. She did not add layers or angle the cut the way I tried so hard to describe. In shock, I felt too awkward to say anything other than I liked it at the time. Now this haircut has me in hats and tears. Less than 10 minutes for a $30 haircut (180/hr at that rate). My whole family was shocked it all happened so fast.

I love my new haircut! Lovely people with 30+ years experience providing services at reasonable prices. Diana gave me an undercut and trim that made my hair look and feel healthier. I highly recommend this salon and I'll be back for my next cut

I have been getting my haircut at Hairways for around 10 years. I used to live in Brantford, but now I live in Simcoe. It says something when I am willing drive from Simcoe to Brantford and back, in order to sit in Diana's or Suzy's chair!

The ladies at Hairways are so nice and easy to talk to. It really is a fun experience! We are always very happy with our cuts, colour or highlights. Everyone is greeted with a friendly Hello. This is the best salon!

No wait on a Saturday afternoon. I came in, The lady who took me was the same one who answered the phone and she was such a nice lady. Conversation was genuine and the haircut took around 10 minutes. Definitely coming back! Deserves the 5 star rating.

Have known "Suzie" for 30 years and followed her around.
She is talented and really honest. Has a knack for knowing what will look good on you.
Have seen some unbelievable transformations leave her salon chair.
You can trust she will take care of you, and make it right if you aren't happy.
