Sluit eerder dan wat op de openingsuren staat vermeld. Ik had graag na mijn werk nog langs willen gaan, maar het was al kwart voor sluitingstijd. Toen ik belde, kreeg ik alleen te horen dat het al gesloten was. Jammer.

Maandag langs geweest achter toning product. Voldoende geïnformeerd over geblondeerd haar. Net de toner gedaan en mijn haar is volledig rost (ik heb blond haar). Ik ben zeer miscontent, men weet niet wat men verkoopt….

Personeel geen kennis van zaken.... ik was op zoek naar een shampoo maar ze ging me bijna een conditionner verkopen.... toen ik vroeg wat een bepaald product precies was, las ze gewoon het etiket van het flesje af....
Hier kom ik dus nooit meer ! Ze stond er tegen haar goesting, toen ik aan de kassa stond vroeg ze of ik een klantenkaart had, ik zei nee want het is de eerste keer dat ik hier kom. Ze deed zelf de moeite niet om er één aan te bieden ....

Kreeg niet het gevoel dat ik hier welkom was. Vind het nogal benauwend als ik vanaf ik binnenkom al word gevolgd door een medewerker. Precies of ik iets ging stelen, want vriendelijk was die dame ook niet bepaald.
Wel blij dat ze de Olaplex Zilvershampoo hadden die ik zocht, maar voortaan bestel ik die wel gewoon online 🙃

I was very happy to find the shade of red gel nailpolish I was looking for quite some time for. I went to the register to pay, the young shop clerk asked if it was ok that she used my identity card. It was for my info, of course. But I would get discounts, and a big one on my birthday. Luck has it that today, the day of purchase is my birthday! I told the lady, she hardly believed me, and said: oh, I think not because the register is not granting you the discount. I then again mentioned that it was my birthday, and that she was free to look at my identity card. She still looked like she didn't believe me. I didn't get any discount, and if I hadn't been looking for that shade for so long, I would have just left.

Talk about lack of client service!

I never go inside of this shop anymore because of the stuff. Rudest stuff I've ever encountered, I felt like crying after my visit there. Girl with long black hair should not work with customers if she hates them.
I asked for products for very sensitive scalp, she showed me products and said my sister uses them. I told her that I'm not sure if they are hypoallergenic, than she rolled her eyes and asked if am going to take them or not. In the middle of me saying "maybe, I will look around more first", she already walked away and put them on the kassa. I asked her kindly where to find olaplex and she gave me rude look and pointed with her finger in a certain direction and said "there". At the kassa I said I will buy only shampoo, she rolled her eyes and again before I even ended my sentence she demonstratively took them to put away. Plus no hello, no goodbye, no thank you. Only this rude attitude.

Came this 10 December 22 afternoon.

The staff in the store looked at us very badly, really antipatheticy. No greeting from her!

However, the cashier was very nice to us, she took the time to speak to us in French and to greet us, she was smiling and welcoming. Thank you Madame!

Good choice of products at great prices!
