I was absolutely appalled by my experience here. After reading the reviews, I expected a clean, professional establishment, but what I encountered was the complete opposite. The place was far from clean—filthy, in fact—and the lack of professionalism was shocking. It was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here, and I felt incredibly uncomfortable throughout my visit. If you're looking for a hygienic, well-run place, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This was a massive disappointment, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Getting French was the biggest service I could’ve asked. 3 girls did my feet and I asked for classic French,none could accommodate…

They are all very friendly. The place is clean, spacious, and inviting. I got exactly what I asked for and they turned out beautifully. Careful attention to detail and making them look natural.

UPDATE: a day later most nails chipped at the tip. Look at the brown polish they left on my nails which won’t wash off at all no matter how many times I wash my hands. I’m guessing the colour in the cuticles will stay until I go to get it refilled somewhere else :@

It isn’t only about walking out of a salon with great nails, but it is also about the experience. This was NOT a relaxing or positive experience whatsoever! Ruined my mood to deal with such low quality service smh

Decided to change my long-time nail salon. This place is wonderful. Super clean and bright atmosphere. Good music. Friendly, attentive service.

They do a lot here. Nail art is wonderful (I'm doing that next.!)

I have bioGel overlay - I hadn't touched my nails in 2 months- super overgrown and falling apart, and Alex saved them!

Alex and Joyce are wonderful - they are they new management ! I'm very picky when it comes to my nails ?

Alex did my nails, and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Had a great experience with Chloe when I first went for my birthday nails, great girl!

She was unavailable this time but I recently went back expecting a similar experience with someone else.

I was unfortunately treated pretty rudely because I wanted to apply sunscreen on my hands (not nail area) and didn’t want my cuticles cut.

I only got a simple gel polish with no designs and I mean… it’s my skin. I know now to apply it before coming but I don’t like how I was treated like such an inconvenience over something like this.

First time going here. Clean place, staff are very friendly and caring, they offer free drinks as well for their customers. When given an inspiration picture (in my case) they do amazing at replicating the design. They offer great advice & recommendations without being forceful. Definitely going back!

First time there and I had an amazing experience. Eva is so detail oriented! My nails look so good. I've found a new place....thank god!
