I went shopping today and wanted to use a gift card I had by the gift card was causing issues and did not want to scan. The lady helping me, Alicia R, was incredibly patient with me and did everything in her power to try to get my gift card to work. Eventually her manager, Katie G, stepped in and we were able to figure it out. They made what could’ve been a stressful situation incredibly easy for me and I sincerely appreciate that level of compassion and patience.

Seriously, CLEAN YOUR STORE. You are in Cherry Creek Mall and you haven't swept in months, stains everywhere. It's DISGUSTING. This shows your disdain for your customers and as one of the only affordable stores at this mall.

UPDATE

Went back today, 7/10 and they have actually addressed the cleanliness issues alot. It's not perfect, but it looks like they care now which I really appreciate. Changing my 1 star to 3.

I have heard from multiple sources the absolute mismanagement and poor working conditions of this particular store. From employees being harassed about breaks (some of which were taken due to emergencies), not being paid PTO on time or at all, racial bias and privileges towards white employees and staff, and failing to immediately fire someone for sexual harassment. This store is a joke and does not deserve any patronage until current management is fired and new competent management can be instated.

Tried on clothes in the dressing room and the sensor to protect from theft did not have a backing on it. The exposed needle in the pant tore through my skin. Half naked, I called over the associate to my dressing room to show her and she said “sorry sometimes it happens,” even though I was clearly bleeding. Not wanting to cause a scene I proceeded with buying other items. After a few hours later and my leg getting progressively worse I called the location and spoke to the store manager who said she had placed a written report on the incident and HR would reach out to me. It’s been 2 days and I haven't heard anything.

So the first two times I've been in here it's been great, shopped there today and had a lovely cashier but most of the time it's been a negative experience. I went alone to buy some underwear as I've been needing some and I was met with so much judgement. They were scanning my stuff and kept staring at my items, looking at me and at each other in such a demeaning way. Even while shopping I felt so self conscious about shopping for this particular item and it was made worse both times I did it go to shop. Basically ran out of the store and didn't go for almost a year

Went there around 2pm today. The cashier asked extremely personal questions then said I look pregnant. I am not pregnant, I am however 3 months postpartum and was holding my baby. She completely crushed my confidence. I left feeling absolutely terrible about myself. Please train your staff on basic human decency and common sense. It is never professional to comment on someone's body!

We were really thrilled with all of the faux fur and sequined clothing that they had on sale when we went. The store was kind of a mess but the prices were definitely right.

Clearly this location needs assistance with signage. Picked up 3 items with the 50% sign located on the rack above them. And all of these items had multiples. These weren't stray items that may have been misplaced. The guy was nice enough about it. But that doesn't make it right.
