I have ordered through their website multiple times and everytime I have absolutely loved their products. Anytime there is an issue they are so quick to respond to my emails and they are very helpful and kind! I will definitely stay with this brand over other brands because of the quality of the products and the customer service. Two of their products I highly recommend are their colored lashes, they have so many unique colors you won’t find anywhere else and their lash bath concentrate. I can’t wait to visit their storefront one day!

They never answer the phone. They never greet you when you walk in. The customer service is horrible. I’ve been supporting this business for over 4 years & it’s honestly a SHAME how they treat their loyal customers, especially the ones with low following.

My package was stolen or not delivered, Elan BEAUTE was so helpful with reaching out to USPS on dealing with this situation. NOT to Mention how great in quality their lash’s products are. I’ve learned so much and expanded my creativity with them. Again thank you for being so mindful and making great products for your customers

Pretty disappointing. I ordered a large order from them and have been a loyal customer as well. I promote them daily and swore up and down by their products but recently had a package lost and not delivered to me. The only option was to reorder the supplies and miss out the discount I had when I placed the order in hopes that USPS would refund me

I've never once had an issue with Elan Beaute's supplies or service. They have an excellent selection of black lashes, color lashes, and supplies, and so much variety, too! I'm in love with their cashmere mink lash trays and invisible girl glue. I have had quality issues from other companies, so Elan has been a life saver.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. How does it take three weeks to receive your order from our Lash company every time I order it takes three weeks and the customer service is terrible.

I’m sorry but I’d never waste my money on lash trays from here again :/ they crumble up easily, you can’t even make fans out of them . I was super excited to receive my package but disappointed when i went to try them out ..
They’re literally so pretty so this is kind of a bummer for me.
at least i received my package within 4 days of ordering .
