Rosie Rosie Rosie...I have been to this store many times before, but I have never had such an exceptional shopping experience until now. Rosie was graceful, not pushy, and informative; her expertise was humbly pleasant. I could listen to her talk about notes and scents for hours. My friend and I spent over an hour in the store, dialoguing with Rosie. It was incredible. I initially went into the store to show my friend around... no intentions of buying anything, just to end up purchasing a new favorite scent that Rosie and I decided was best suited for me in the space I am in currently as a young woman coming into my own. Rosie thank you. I am looking forward to many more experiences with you, and I will follow you wherever you go. You're stuck with me!

Had a wonderful experience at my first visit. The male staff (I forgot his name) was so friendly and professional. I don’t know much about perfume and my English isn’t very well. But he gave me lots of guidance with patience. In love with several scents that I tried today!

Amazing experience with Rosie. She asked great questions and helped me find a few fragrances that were similar to ones I already liked, but that were new and interesting to me. I’d never guess that I’d like some of the fragrances she recommended, but I was really impressed! The Frederic Malle brand feels a lot less intimating now, and I’m excited to try out the same she gave me and come back to buy a full size.

I love fragrances and scents. I stopped by Frederic Malle late last year and told myself I’d be back when I needed new perfume. We stopped by today and were blessed to have the knowledgeable Rosie help us. We told her what scent profiles we liked, what vibe we are going for and how we want to feel when we wore them. All her suggestions were bangers, we left with 3 bottles! One was a gift, which Rosie wrapped up nicely for us. Frederic Malle perfumes are so unique and beautiful. She was so kind, articulate, knowledgeable, and gave me a beautiful and immersive experience going through different products, asking very niche questions I would have never thought to think of when choosing a new fragrance. I've been to more than one branch of Frédéric Malle parfums. I've spent lots of time in the FM Melrose store. The employees are friendly, kind, warm, and professional. The most ones I've interacted with them are Ramine and his manager. They treat you like a celebrity, like you are VIP. I've been to other Niche perfume stores They are snobs and not Friendly.

I'm the kind of person who spends an hour or more in a store, but they are so hospital. The store design is impressive. You can go to the back drink your sparkling water while smelling, testing these beautiful perfumes with It beautiful notes.

You won't be disappointed by visiting the FM store in Melrose. They Are the best:)!
