Grade A customer service. I came in looking for a last minute birthday gift for my boyfriend, overwhelmed by the amount of product to choose from. But the whole staff, in particular Ben, were so helpful in guiding me through all of my options and taking the time to, in detail, explain all their products to me and how they work. I was so so appreciate - I rarely write reviews but this great service really made me want to! Reminded me of why I love to shop at brick & mortar over online.

Had my first experience with Diptyque at their Larchmont boutique today. I left today feeling—in a word—inspired. Their wide collection of fragrances, interior scents, and personal care products touch many different nerves with regard to scent profiles and my high expectations were far exceeded! I’ve known about the brand for a long time although I’ve never done a deep dive, I’m looking forward to digging deeper into their world. Major shout out to Joni who warmly welcomed me and my friends and then guided our scent experience. Joni provided outstanding care while we explored, was attentive, was engaged, and stayed curious alongside us! The way she spoke about all of the scents was exciting and I found her stewardship very important. Joni and her teammates, Ian and Ben, were all so kind and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I left with a new EDT that I fell in love with and I’m looking forward to getting one of Diptyque’s candles on my next visit!

I wandered into the boutique by chance with my Maltese, Kudo, and we were both warmly greeted. They even had a treat prepared for Kudo. 🙂

The associate who greeted me was so helpful! I provided a vague description of the fragrance I had wanted, and she was able to provide me with a careful selection of several options to choose from that suited my taste. She also kindly explained the difference between Eau de Toilette and Eau de Parfum for me. I'm looking forward to shopping here again for the wonderful scents and service I received. Thank you!

Ian was such a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, professional and extremely warm. Recommended a great gift and made sure it was put together with love and care. Joni was also very helpful and very friendly, and willing and able to assist with any questions. This store is way better than The Grove location!

He was super friendly and helpful. He is very professional and knowledgeable.
I was looking for a new perfume for this spring and he helped me find the right one. His explanation/description of the perfume was outstanding.

Just visited today 11/6 around 10 AM. The gentleman that helped us select two beautiful candles was extremely kind, helpful, and patiently answered all of our questions. He was very passionate and knowledgeable about the different products, not just candles. Much appreciated, we can’t wait to return!

I purchased one 100ml and one solid perfume, and there was a technical problem with their card machine. I didn't mind to wait because I had time. Sales rep rebooted machine and I was trying to use my apple pay and she was like can you insert your card, she doesn't want another technical issue. Excuse you? it's not my fault that your card machine is not working. She is trying to blame me for technical issue. I know you're overwhelmed with conference and sales but you shouldn't blame customer for your technical issue
