I wish I could give them 0 star if I could. Worst customer service I have ever met. I don’t understand how comes staff there are so aggressive and tsundere. There was no greetings and no service during the whole period of time when I was shopping in this location. Instead, when people who speak native English entered the store, they greeted and show their service passion. I counted this as raises. But sadly I feel shame on one of the staff as he is Chinese and the way he treated his compatriot.

It happened a few years ago, back during pandemic. I made an appointment to purchase a purse for my mom, there were two ladies working. While one of them packing it inside back at the cashier's area, i was taking a pic of my self, but the another one was staring at me suspiciously at the corner, might worried if i could steal something. I felt awkward so i decided to look around to see other stuff in the store. But the lady was staring at me has told the another lady something, so she came to me said if i have anything else to buy. I said yeah i would like look around. But the weird thing is that she was following me all the time. I didn't notice at that time, i paid for another wallet as well. Now as i recalled, they were absolutely thought i am a shoplifter, they asked my home address and email address, which was not necessary because i was paying by cash. Worst service ever, worst coach in toronto! The older lady absolutely steal stuff so she doubt others would do it too! Shame!

Purchased a bag from this store today and was told it was brand new from the box, they even had a plastic bag around it. When I got back to where I was staying, I found a tag at the back of the bag with white out on it and a security tag. Such a shame because the sale staff were really nice. I will be putting a complaint through to head office.

During my first visit earlier this year, I felt uncomfortable when the manager watched me from a distance rather than offering assistance. When I asked about the Tabby bags that day, his response felt sharp and dismissive, with a broad gesture towards the display wall. I have visited a few times since, and each interaction has also felt cold, which is disappointing given that I’ve observed the manager being friendly and helpful with other customers. It’s unclear why this treatment isn’t consistent.

During my most recent visit, I went to make a return and while my refund was being processed, I overheard a separate employee in the middle of the store loudly questioning the manager about the validity of my return, even though I had provided all the required information and was within the 30-day period. The experience made me feel more like a suspect than a valued customer, which is not what I expected from a brand like Coach.

Just called this location to check if they have a bag in stock and my goodness I can’t believe how rude the girl was. Rude and unhelpful.

I spoke to someone at the Yorkdale location earlier and she was very sweet and helpful and even took down my info to call me when they get the bag back in stock. I’d highly recommend visiting a different location rather than this one… yikes.

Went to browse for a bag yesterday as a birthday gift for myself. I was acknowledged by staff when I entered the store with a hello. My boyfriend and I walked around the store for about ten minutes looking and trying on bags until I found the perfect bag and was very excited to purchase it. I was offered no help by staff the entire time I was browsing. Finally, I had to approach a staff member to ask to purchase the bag and was told their entire POS system was down and they could not process any transactions. She offered to put the bag on hold for me, however, as I am from out of town, that would not work.

If the store is incapable of doing any transactions it should be either closed until the issue is resolved or I should have been notified of the issue as soon as I walked into the store before I found a bag I was very excited to purchase.

THE BEST customer service here! Michael and Kam were the best, amazing both over the phone before we came and in store. Got 3 bags put on hold over the phone to try when we came in, and walked out happily with a quilted tabby 20! They were very friendly and informative. Left the bag I purchased back for an hour to get it hot stamped while I went around the mall. The experience was very seamless, my favourite location I’ve visited to date.

The staff was very rude, dismissive, and passive aggressive. The customer service then miraculously improved once I pulled out my credit card to purchase a bag. If they weren't the only store near me to have the bag that I wanted in-stock, I would have walked right back out. Instead, I'd highly recommend the Yorkdale location who has always given amazing service across 5 years. I plan to never step foot into this Coach location again.
