Garbage customer service. Went to exchange unopened Doogro lotion with strenghther. The Indian cashier over there opened the item and then called the Asian owner saying that this is open we can’t return it. Such a garbage service. Never go there again.

I came into the store to buy ☝️ A WIG. I wasn’t too sure which wig to get, until I met Shina. She is an amazing associate, knowledgeable in wigs and best of all she serves with the biggest smile. She was patient with me even though I was very indecisive. I left with 2 WIGS ?instead of one that fit my face well! Shina if you see this review, I want you to know that my kids love the salt and pepper wig that you convinced me to buy, I look 60 years old instead of 83. it’s lovely!!!

I Will definitely be visiting this location moving forward!

I am writing this review showing appreciation for Simone of the Trinity Commons location.I was unable to go to the store so called in and she explained the colors etc. Her product knowledge was impeccable. She guided me online so that I would see the different colours to give me a better idea of what I really wanted. Because of her I made the best choce. She offered cuttingof the lace and the cost a service I greatly appreciated. I felt appreciated as a customer. Her customer care was great and I didnt feel like a novice as her tone and kindness made a difference. So I thank her so much and because of her I willbe a repeat customer. Jay is an excellent helper at Clore located at Trinity Commons in Brampton. He was approachable, knowledgeable about the different hair texture for the style that I wanted. I recommend you ask for him if ever you visit the store, because you don’t find such customer service like this now a days. Keep up the excellent work Jay ?.

Visiting from Vancouver and popped in to look around. Fantastic and broad product selection for sure. We were helped with our purchase by a most helpful and lovely sales assistant named Shina. She was very friendly and took care in helping us and in answering all of our questions about the product. We ended up purchasing with her and would definitely recommend you ask for her when you go visit.

Dennicia helped me today, she was lovely, respectful and gave me great recommendations for my braids. She also helped me with makeup. Finally, close starts to hire respectfully and helpful workers. I love it and will go there more often!!!!
