Review of Chanel Fragrance Shop in Antwerpen

My recent visit to the Chanel Fragrance shop in Antwerpen was a wonderful experience, all thanks to the fabulous assistance from Lucy. From the moment I entered, the store’s elegant atmosphere and warm welcome made me feel instantly at ease.

Lucy was truly exceptional. Though I initially came in to explore fragrances, Lucy’s expertise extended far beyond perfumes. She patiently guided me through the various collections, making personalized recommendations based on my preferences. Her knowledge of the brand was impeccable, and her attention to detail was second to none.

In the end, despite being captivated by the beautiful scents, I left with a pair of stunning Chanel sunglasses instead! Lucy helped me find the perfect pair, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. She made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and personalized.

Was gisteren gegaan op mijn verjaardag en mocht toch de winkel binnenkomen ook al was de werkneemster bezig met een personal service dus in principe mocht niemand anders in de winkel. Super vriendelijke en aangename werkneemster (Lousie), mooie winkel, de gekochte producten waren door haar in een heel mooie zak geplaatst waarin ze nog veel testers deed, de papier parfumeerde, de zak dichtdeed met een mooie lint en charm eraan, etc.: maw enorm zorgvuldig en met oog vr detail. Op het einde nog aangeboden of ik een parfum wilde uitproberen en had dan de duurste overal op me gespoten en gezegd als ze op voorhand wist dat het mijn verjaardag was, had ze nog een glaasje aangeboden. Maw een geweldige ervaring in een prachtige propere winkel en beste service. Meer kan je niet willen en heb ik niets negatiefs op te merken. Ik kom zeker terug om meer chanel producten te kopen

It was a honor for me to be invited, the magic tricks was wonderful 🥰 the service was amazing, especially from miss Esra who helped me which choosing the right products for my skin. I’ve been a regular customer at Chanel Beauty in Antwerp over the years. Prior to yesterday I’d always had a very positive experience with attentive and kind staff (hence 2 stars). Yesterday was very different. It was extremely difficult to get any help in the first place as the staff (even while available) avoided eye contact and didn’t offer to help when I clearly needed it. I finally managed to get someone’s attention to explain more about the product; however, when an acquaintance of hers walked in, she was eager to get away from me to say hello to them (even while I clearly still had questions). She then slipped away and once I had decided which product I wanted, since no one was available to get it for me, I walked over to the counter to inform them I was ready to buy something. I was ignored for around 20 minutes while other customers were served at the counter (before me, for some reason), and then patronisingly asked what I was waiting for. I said I just wanted to buy something. I was informed all staff were busy serving other customers and are doing their best to get to me. I continued waiting, meanwhile observing how respectfully and unrushed all other customers were treated (complete opposite to my experience). I tried one last time to ask for assistance to get the product I wanted so I could purchase it, and once even this was declined (I even saw other customers look surprisingly at this situation), I walked out and purchased the product at another Chanel outlet. Yesterday’s collection of staff completely spoiled the lovely impression I had of this store for years.
