Waited in line and the man at the door was kind but the sell person who assisted us was not, it was like we were there begging her for her assistance, most of our time in the store she was on her phone and didn’t give us the attention. Ended up with 2 bags at bellagio location.

I purchased a bag during my trip to Vegas. I loved it, but when I returned home to Cincinnati, I found a permanent leather defective on the inside flap. 2 days after my purchase, I reached out directly to the lady who helped me purchasing the bag because I cannot access the Chanel & Moi for a replacement (she previously provided.) She replied that she was out of office. I have been waiting for over two weeks, I sent follow up messages emailed the company… never got a single response! Did all i could, I gave up!!! Not recommend this store. Poor communication! Always double check your piece and watch them pack it before walking out the store!

Amazing experience when we visited Vegas ❤️ My SA was so sweet and knowledgeable, she took time to show us everything, even we only wanted to buy lipsticks at first. She was so patient and kind to us, which made us feel so special. I will definitely be back ?

I WOULD GIVE O STARS, but it’s not an option on Google. I should’ve read the reviews before buying at this store. HORRIBLE customer service, they’re ice cold and non-personable. On top of that they sold me crooked sunglasses. Now I need to make an extra trip to my local Chanel store. I would expect more from you, Chanel - please train your personel.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. The employees were literally so rude to me on my birthday I stopped in there today to get a little cardigan or bag for my birthday. I literally only ended up getting a lip liner instead. The Champagne guy literally told me I was being “aggressive” when I grabbed a champagne glass…. I guess I grabbed it weird ? then he proceeded to see my friends, and literally PUT AWAY the champagne. I know retail employees are taught in high end stores to be rude to customers so that they buy more but that was a bit much. The makeup lady was really nice tho! Prada or Gucci has way better vibes

Do not go to this location ! This location provides poor customer service. They will overcharge you for everything. I went in one day and didn’t realize I’ve overpaid for a item and a gentleman stole a extra 100 bucks from me by miscounting my money. I tried to return and explain what happened and the manager of the store refused to refund me and get my money back. Go to another location avoid this location!!!

I’ve been here twice and have always had a fantastic experience. I own several Chanel bags, but have only purchased shoes and a brooch here. Both times I’ve visited the staff has always treated me well and been very patient. I’d recommend this location over the Bellagio where I’ve had a less than stellar experience.
