I never do this but I was Canadian tire yesterday buying Circuit breakers. The young lady that helped me was very helpful and pleasant. I was told her name was Macy. Fort Erie Canadian should be very lucky to have her working there.

Senior Staff is mediocre at best. The young ones are surprisingly eager to help customers. Their knowledge is also astounding . Except for the parts counter, they are all clueless..along with their so called information database. Every time I'm in need of a part, verifying with them is a waste of time. Save yourself the second trip you'll have to make to return or exchange whatever it is. Just go out of town. You also may want to do that anyway, because by the time you are finished your day at work...can't go home to eat dinner before heading to Crappy Tire...they close at 6pm! How ridiculous is that.

Had a great experience in Canadian Tire Fort William Rd Thunder Bay. I brought my dog in and she received treats twice, everyone was so kind. Special mention to Jeffrey who was very accommodating and helped me to my vehicle with some heavy purchases.

The treatment by Dana Christie was over the top, I bought troy built lawn tractor/mower fantastic unit. Dana loving cutting q acre property now, excellent cuts, great deal. Thanks for your help getting it to my house for no charge. Same day I bought it.

Went to CT to purchase a golf glove . I had checked their website to ensure that it was in stock. On arriving I found the gloves were locked in a glass case. There was nobody around to unlock it . I found a store employee who said she would page somebody in sporting goods. After waiting for 10 minutes nobody appeared and I went to the sporting desk to find an unoccupied employee at the till. She informed me that nobody had paged her. After opening up the locked case the stock item indicated on the website was not there. She said they were either sold out, the item might have been misplaced or stolen. So, I wasted travel time to and from CT , and 15 minutes on dealing with employees. Ended up going to Walmart and purchasing the glove off an unlocked shelf. If CT wants to compete with Amazon , Walmart and Costco they better get their act together. Last time I step into that store.
I checked the inventory 2 days later and it still hadn't been updated to indicate they were out of stock

Received an automated response from the "owner" to learn about my experience. The number displayed is a menu for all CT functions. After 20 minutes on hold I received a sorry you had a bad experience from the customer service rep. No remedial action was offered.

This is a smaller footprint Canadian Tire but it is locally owned and it has everything that the bigger Canadian Tires have. The staff there are very friendly and helpful
